New hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed. Disappointed with lack of housekeeping service and tea and coffee supply.

Our second stay here. Pretty sure was the same room type we booked but this time we were allocated a room in 6th floor and the room is part of a unit with 2 rooms. The room this time is much smaller and the space is not as convenient as the previous standard room. When you draw the curtains, the fridge and coffee making area and desk is behind the curtain so its either you have privacy or you have access to the desk and pantry. Through the night, there is some water sound/noise which we think it could be coming from the air-conditioner or from the pipe behind the walls near the air-con unit which is also close to the bathroom. We could also hear footsteps of guests who is staying in the unit in the floor above us. The room type could be more suitable for family who wish to have separate room but within the same unit.

Nice room but noisy people above until early in the morning. Helpful staff. I am staying again.

Room a bit on the small side if there is 2 queen beds. Very little room for luggage but location is great. Breakfast was excellent and staff was also excellent.

We arrived at the hotel and were met by a very welcoming receptionist - the check in was quick and easy. Parking was organized with an allocated car park that was easy to find. The room was very inviting - we walked in to find an elephant folded towel with easter eggs for the kids - such a nice touch. The room was a decent size - it was all we needed as we only used the room for sleeping and watching movies - the beds were comfy and pillows soft and fluffy. The room was neat and tidy, always cleaned well...the cleaners were quick and efficient. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful - the shower tiles were a beautiful glossy colour- the decor of the room was also new and fresh. Lots of channels to watch and wifi was free! The breakfast was awesome - BLT bagels, omelettes and Eggs Benedict were always well presented and tasty. The granola was such a treat - loved the crunch on top! Location is top notch - located at the top of Queen st - close to K Road and also such a refreshing walk back up Queen st, especially after a big dinner at the restaurants! Thanks for a great stay!

very good except for the service price at lone ranger restaurant

Our 2nd time staying and its just perfect! Our room had a lovely balcony which is a nice touch. I must say Rosie from front of house is amazing, both times she has made our stay easy and gone out of her way to accommodate us. She is friendly and so, so helpful..thank you Rosie!! See u guys again soon.

Eggs Benedict were great both in theRestaurant and the Room - except no knife! Improvise with a spoon, but it don't cut that well

The chap that was at front of house during our stay on 15th March arriving at roughly 3pm was amazing. He is the reason we would be back. He went out of his way to help us and provide excellent customer service. Thank you

We loved our stay. The bed was huge and comfortable. The TV was huge and easy to use. There was a cute little balcony and the sweetest most delicious little French restaurant just done the road. It was such a great stay and well priced too. Can't wait to stay again!

I've been here as a permanent resident since September. I've seen a variety of staff and they have all been extremely helpful, professional and accommodating.
