Nice modern rooms in a slightly older building. Little further up from the main CBD. Beds were comfy, good showers. Car parking was poky as so consider off site parking. Also had to chase my Accor points for the stay despite my membership being recorded.

Stayed here for one night with our 4 month old. Very clean and comfortable and modern! Also plenty space for the 3 of us. We just booked a king room as have our own bassinet. was soo cheap for auckland - great value! Parking was an extra 35$ and you have to book a space in advance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thankyou very much I would stay again.

Changing towels, making the bed and refilling coffee and milk was rarely done over my seven night stay Food at the linked restaurant was awful, I have stayed in multiple Mercure hotels and never one as bad as this

Great location. Comfortable rooms. No in-house restaurant (although Lone Star Restaurant is next door and has good food options) meant that you could not fully avail your Accor Plus membership benefits. Overall, my stay was very comfortable.

Nice location. Room is cozy, with good shower and bed. Staff and cleaning ladies are helpful. Good cost benefit. If u luv walking, like I do, you can do everything in the downtown and K road walking. The only bad thing I found about this hotel is the room carpet, I think it should be cleaned properly, it has a dust smell.
