Breakfast: The queue for breakfast was excessively long, and there was no table service provided. Food and beverages were not replenished in a timely manner. When checking in, staff members asked for names in a manner that felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Laundry Service: I experienced the loss of a T-shirt, and when I reported the issue, the staff refused to take responsibility, instead implying that it was my own fault. Gym Facilities: The gym’s equipment was of poor quality, with several machines either dirty or broken, which significantly affected the workout experience. Swimming Pool: Despite the presence of numerous children around the pool area, guests were allowed to smoke freely without any intervention from security or staff, compromising the comfort and safety of other visitors. Room Amenities: Basic amenities like water and laundry bags were not provided consistently each day, requiring me to remind housekeeping daily to replenish them. Bathroom Facilities: The bathtub drainage did not function properly, which caused water to leak and made it impossible to fill the tub. Billing Issues: I was asked to pay additional fees at the reception, even though these charges had already been settled by my company. This led to unnecessary frustration and wasted time as I had to involve my company in resolving the billing discrepancies.

I liked the hotel very much. It was just very cold. Going from a hot place to a very cold place made me feel depressed.
