In love with this hotel. Friendly staff, amazing food, clean hotel, nice room with a pool view . The waitresses and girls from guest service were amazing, the territory is huge but very comfy, it was easy to reach everywhere. Rixy kids club is great, a lot of activities. Everything in this hotel was just great.

Good Stay! Hotel is good. Hotel territory is very clean and green. When we are at hotel, not many people around hotel. It was ok. Outdoor pools are clean but cold. Staff told there is no heat at outdoor pool. Another day ,we went to indoor pool at spa zone. Room is cleaned everyday. Bathroom is clean as well. Food quality is good. Desserts are tasty especially Bahlava. Dem Bar on reception zone is good. Tasty coffee with milky. Maybe another time, we can try other Rixos. Thank you.

I guss, that this visit was my 9th in this hotel. I hade vacation there when I was a kid and now I'm going there with my fiancé and I am still in love with Rixos Sungate. I can definitely guarantee this will not be my last visit and that I will come back soon! The staff was super friendly and due to the Corona situation the hotel managed the situation extremely well! Great Hotel, shame about the entertainment

I felt extremely safe during my third visit to Sungate, unfortunately there was no or little entertainment during the day with the odd band on a night. There was a DJ playing every night very heavy trance music and the ‘Boney M’ live appearance was cancelled with no notice or communication. When discussed with management they offered an a la carte restaurant. Food fabulous as always the entertainment was what we went for as it was always fabulous before, we had a great time would have made this a five star break once again.

We stayed 1 week in Rixos Sungate. Everything was wonderful. Food quality was really good. Only one thing disturb me alot. Rixos Sungate has alot of outdoor swimming pools. But all of them was really cold. It is a pity that one of them not heated.

Good sports program, but loud room and no fresh juices

Good - Location was good, nice beach, newly renovated rooms are good, food is mostly good, great sports program. Bad - it was very loud in our room (4628) , that was facing rixy club and stage. Smoothy bar has no fresh froots. In main restaurant it takes long to get drinks. No fresh juices. No vegan milk alternatives. Yoga mats must be renewed! People smoke everywhere.

It was my 2 visit in Rixos. First of all - I want to thank very kind and polite receptions staff. 24 hours they help and answer for all questions. Very kind and attentives waiters and bartenders. Super sports activities - super professional trainers. Fun party. I like Your hotel very mutch and today through travel agency I have made reservation for next October (2022).

Food - 6 of 8 people got sick of the food or drinks. We felt bad 30% time of our stay. By the way, food was average, not tasty, the same all the time. Very economy class. Very bad - no heated pool. In your pools impossible to swim for little kids. Very very bad. Terraces by the sea costs terrible 200usd. All the time in our stay they were empty. It's season ending, if you made the price 50usd, so we would take it all 7 days. So 350usd more for your hotel. I don't know who is in charge, but he is doing terrible job. Guests are not satisfied and hotel doesn't earn more money. Receptionist who checked u1s in, was very good, very professional. 10/10 Others simply don't. They just can't speak English, and don't understund our needs. Staff team at the bar of the first shift of the day was perfect. Vey very well oiled team. The best thing of your hotel was that we get a room in first floor by the bar with friendly staff. Air canditioner wasn't working. So our sleep time wasn't good. Rixy club day time was perfect, but animation team and evening events for kids was very poor. No interesting programs for adults in the evenings. We tried to get a la carte restaurant, but from the begining of our stay it was already fully booked for all stay. Very unpleasant. So, in general our stay was 7/10 but only because receptionist. Other way it would be 5,5/10. I think I can't recommend this hotel to someone else. And I suppose we never come back. My family and my friends family aswell. They paid 210€ extra, but didn't even get a double bed for their vacation. They slept in different beds. Terrible. You need to improve in so many ways.

Very old hotel

We had a really bad room in the main building, room 1343. The air conditioner didn't work at all. All the equipment and furniture was old. Both of the showers in the bathroom were broken. Terrible drinks on the main bar near the poor. In a bar near a small pool and building #5 you always get a very different service. Sometimes you get normal cocktails and service, but sometimes they are terrible too. For example, last night we ordered 5 cocktails called "Porn Star" (5 people ordered them with apx. 15 minutes time lag) and each of them was of a different taste and even had a different color. I don't think that this is OK for Rixos hotel and your price.

Enjoyble but could have been better

The hotel was splendid, and the overall facilities were great, but my check in experience was horrible, the staff had issues in the reservation setup between Accor Le Club and the hotel itself, and I had to wait for 1.5 hours to get my rooms, but they made it up to me by giving me a very late check out when I requested it. Another thing the hotel should invest in is communication skills, in general all reception staff can speak English, but other than that, it is almost impossible to find any English speaking staff. And because the hotel is huge, a map or help from staff is a mandate, the only ones available were in Russian & Turkish, and with no English speaking staff, getting to our rooms in the first night was mission impossible.

bathroom was old and needs to be renovated, I booked sea view but was not totally sea view. You have two receptions and i guess one is enough as we checked -in at a reception and check-out at another.

We stayed in the grand suite. We were offered upgrade to villa but we refused as the villa had smell of damp. Rooms were dated. Sofa in the living room was stsined. Food was good with lots of variety. Beach access was good. Overall not ideal hotel for families with children as there's not much to do.

I am a travel fan every two weeks or a month traveling a country or region in the world, please accept some suggestions and criticisms. Hotel Description General The hotel is beautiful and wonderful, a great location overlooking the sea and the mountains. The reception was good but by reception I was not treated as a member with Accor Platinum The restaurant was very tasty and very tasty.
