When I booked, the theme park was open but by the time we arrived it was closed because of Turkish govt directive. My family still had a wonderful time all thanks to your wonderful team and we'd love to come again. Mert, Hasan, Alla, and everyone else we interacted with, went out of their way for us. You've got great people, that's what matters most!

The hotel is very nice but i can't say the same thing about the food.According to the prices the food that we ate at the main restaurant was not good at all.

I was very disappointed to find out when i arrive that ALL the theme park rides are closed. I specifically booked a stay for the theme park and im very disappointed in my stay i dont think i will recommend it to anyone.

Thanks to all staff Merve,Murat,Nureddin,Hilmi at the restaurant entry’s well coming young girl ..... they are trying their best to make us please. Hospitality is 100% very nice and clean hotel, well build with Them park and luxurious shops with big canal. Also they Git shuttle servis to Rixcos in Belek free charge you can eat and drinks there too. What else you wish. Thanks again and hope visit soon.

Had a wonder stay in the hotel. Although Covid limited the amount of things I could do, I was still able to be productive and have fun with my family in the hotel premises. Had great fun.

We were really deeply impressed with high level of hospitality and an order even in these tough situation of COVID-19 pandemic. All member of the hotel staff were very polite and gentle and tried to help us everywhere. It was pity the Park of Legends was closed due to COVID but we can understand this. Overall we would like to visit the hotel again.

Check in wasn’t the best, the lady name was Dilara, she didn’t want by any means give a help and just want to charge more for anything, extra bed extra child extra breakfast whatsoever, we are not a breakfast family anyway :/ PS: her English is perfect, she just needs to be more helpful sometimes The good thing that the manger “Arif” was super nice to give me three options to make it up to me on my second day, if you have a problem, trust me and call Arif, I guess his first name is Sardar. Room was spectacular for kids, check images on the web, I didn’t know why there was a projector and a PlayStation in the room, we didn’t use it but obviously they switched them off, maybe they could have turned it on if we asked. Park is wonderland for kids, wet and dry, the shows, oh and please if you have kids below 10 don’t miss the shows for Masha and the bear, it’s even better than the dolphin show. Coming back again soon!

Lies and deceipt but good experience

Booked five days before arrival but was deceived and lied to by the sales person who sent me details that were not accurate and over stated the all-inclusive package. Hotel did not honor what was promised and did not offer a discount or upgrade. I had to argue with hotel manager to make snacks available at the hotel in the afternoon. Horrible first day back experience.

1. There was a problem with the payment link and I could not pay with that link and the online booking team forced me to go to the bank to pay and insisted that my bank card had a problem, then the bank found out that the annual credit of the payment page had expired. 2.Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist insisted that I had not made the payment and that my payment was incomplete. I even showed the receipt but did not accept it and accepted it after contacting the online team. 3.I came to the hotel with my one-year-old child, and my child is at an age when he walks on the floor with his hands and is likely to put something in his mouth, Due to the Corona outbreak, I noticed that people coming to the rooms to clean came with shoes, and it was so unpleasant for me that I could not move the baby from the bed to another place at all. 4.My baby food spoons got lost in the room during cleaning and were not followed up. 5.Finally, when we were about to leave the hotel, the person carrying the bags told us that it was difficult to get back to the city by the hotel buses and took a taxi for us, and after arriving at the destination, we were asked to pay twice as much ,To the hotel from the same destination.

We stayed 3 night with my family. Everything was just amazing. You can’t be bored in this hotel. Theme parks, aqua parks, the entertainment shows are just perfect. My children had their birthday we all had so much fun. In the next years I will definitely come again
