Very good kind staff would recommend bc When I was going home I did not want to leave 10/10. I love this place so much I am probly g gonna book it again because of the brilliant place this is one of the best even the Rixos is goood which is only 10 min drive

We had a spectacular time at this legendary hotel Everything was just perfect 🤍👌🏼 It worths all the money you spend I liked the kids' club; it had various activities every day. The staff was great and friendly specially Haya and Reyan They were beyond rating👍🏼

If you're happy spending all of your time in a water/theme park then this is the hotel for you. If not - look elsewhere. CONS - No evening entertainment in the hotel - The food options are very very poor. Buffet restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and dinner and a buffet restaurant in the water park for lunch. The breakfast options are very poor, lunch is okay and dinner was fair. The food was the same every day. - The staff at reception/guest services are very poor. They were either unhelpful, uninterested or unable to speak English. - Aside from breakfast, nothing opens until 10am. I have a young child and found myself wasting hours waiting for something to open. - There is no indoor pool in the hotel and there is no normal pool anywhere. All of the waterpark pools are 'themed' or splash parks meaning there is nowhere you can actually swim. - The hotel is very small and the children's entertainment was 30 minutes in a very small space which was not appropriate. - The decor in the rooms is terrible (Portraits of Romans watching you at every turn). - The shopping mall gets very very busy in the evening PROS - You can visit the Rixos Premium Belek for 4 hours which is a much much better hotel - The staff in the restaurants are lovely and helpful - The staff in the kids club rooms are also very helpful and nice - The hotel was always clean and well kept You pay a lot of money for this hotel because of the access it gives you to the water and theme park. If you're not interested in spending your whole trip in the theme park then you will get much more value for money elsewhere.

Such a magical holiday, this place is kids paradise! The hotel was so clean and the staff were very accommodating always asking if there is anything else we needed. Food was good - lots of options. The milkshake bar, sweet station and free ice creams was such a bonus too. The hotel has really thought of everything with all of the arcade games, kids club activities and character appearances. There’s so much on every day I am so glad we had a whole week to be able to experience it all throughout the water park and theme park! This was 100% worth the extra money that this is compared to other holidays. Thank you for such a great stay.
