The hotel exceeded all our expectations — everything from the luxurious rooms to the world-class service was perfect. The food was exceptional, with so many delicious options for both adults and children. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The entertainment was fantastic, and the kids’ facilities were the best we’ve ever experienced. The beach, pools, and spa area were spotless and beautifully maintained. We’ve traveled a lot, but Rixos Premium Belek stands out as one of the best resorts we’ve ever visited. We’re already planning to come back! Highly recommended!

Wow, after 7 incredible days. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, as soon as we landed back we were pricing up next year! 9 of us went and stayed over 3 rooms, from the moment we arrived at 11pm we were treated so well. *People's* - We ate here the first night at midnight and the food was amazing as we're the drinks. I also loved breakfast here, avocado poached eggs were delicious as we're the crepes. Also came for lunch a couple of times and the food was lovely every visit. *Zaysa* - my absolute favourite. The food here was divine. Was seated outside and views were beautiful. Cocktails were 10/10 also *Aksam* - in my opinion the most striking and beautiful restaurant. The food was amazing and the burger was delicious. Again cocktails 10/10. Italian - food was really lovely here. The risotto was delicious.. But the beef tenderloin was amazing, so good I asked for another once I finished it 😅 *Ava (Land of Legends)* - this had a set menu but was still so filling. The restaurant is positioned amazingly within the shopping avenue and there was even a Latin dance show mid way through dinner which was a great experience. *Food court*- wow, well if the breakfast and restaurants wernt enough there was the large food Court open 12 until 6 to get seriously good food! Fresh salad, burgers, freshly cooked gyros chicken, KFC style chicken breast strips, coated fish pie, pizza and so much more. *Godiva* - the macarons were amazing and the flavours changed slightly each day. I believe maybe 5 flavours and they rotate. The ice cream was just as good and the cheesecake was fantastic. Didn't get to try many cakes but they all looked delicious *Mykorini* - the positioning and look of the restaurant is amazing and the food was also great. Controversial but probably my least favourite mains as I ordered the beef soulvaki but found it a bit tough. The starters were great though. Again midwya through dinner there was the Greek dancing and plate smashing which was a great experience. *Turquoise buffet* - went here for breakfast and really enjoyed it with a ridiculously large selection! Went for dinner also and although the food was great I found the sheer variety way too overwhelming 😂(first world problems) *Land of legends*.. Short coach transfer. Never struggled getting a space on the coach at 10am or 12.30pm They don't allow you food... But bag checks are very laxed so we did pop a few snacks rolled up in towels for some snack loving kids 😂 also took lots of bottles of water from hotel and the little bottle of squeezy squash so kids could stay hydrated as finding sugar free drinks that were not fizzy was hard! *Rixy club and restaurant* - the restaurant opens at 12 and is brilliant for kids. Enough variety for both picky and more adventurous children. Lovely seating area. Only done one activity as couldn't get the kids out of the splash park. But it was squishie making and my daughter had the best time. The pools are amazing! Main pool is heated but 1.4m so smaller kids couldn't touch floor but we had floats (we bought our own after reading reviews on here 😂 :) Kids splash park on site was brilliant. The kids in our party went up to 8 years old and I think this was good even for kids their age but any older may find the slides not as thrill seeking as they used to lol. The indoor pool I hadn't even realised was there because I hadn't read many reviews. It opens at 8am and was empty until about 10am. 1.10m at the shallow end so absolutely perfect for our kids to do their sinkies. 24 hour gym was great and all machines in good condition and actually working! Nice little fridge with drinks and coffee machine in there also and apples! The WhatsApp assistants Sardar and Atilla were worth their weight in gold. I messaged them a lot with questions or anything j was unsure of and got a response really promptly everytime. One small criticism was the booking the restaurants, we went on at 9.55am as read on reviews and earliest time for aksam was 9pm. Quite tricky to do when you are trying to tie up 3 rooms at same time. But WhatsApp assistants helped out and made the process seemlessly smooth for us. The arcade.. Although it may need a little tlc on some machines.. But the fact it was all free was fantastic, only being in there for 45 minutes it saved an absolute fortune seeing as they're usually £2 a machine at most holiday parks in the UK lol. Also the small on site shop is very expensive but there is a shop just behind it called la turka and they do little kids keyring etc and magenta etc for very reasonable prices

Just come back from the most amazing 8 days at Rixos Premium in Belek with my family, literally the best hotel we've stayed at, looked after from the minute we arrived until we left, cuisine and choice was just amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend and we will definately be returning!!

Lovely Hotel. Nice room with large comfortable bed. Room service very clean and tidy, as were the public toilets. Always being cleaned as was the Hotel itself. Spotless. Very impressed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food good, easy to eat anytime and lots of choice. Special thanks to our waiter Mimi in the restaurant, Kaan and Emine in reception and to the girls by the pool delivering the drinks by Rollerblades! Branded drinks too. No wrist band and no need for a Towel Card, nice not to feel tied down! Good entertainment each night with a good atmosphere. Good value for money. Choice of heated pool or non heated. Good facilities for the children. Will return without hesitation.

We have had a wonderful time at Rixos and I would say it’s one of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff are incredibly attentive and we had lovely help from Eren & Mirkan as our assistants throughout. I love the QR ordering systems for drinks by the pool, it feels oké every aspect is thought through so that you can just rest and relax. The food is excellent. Breakfast is a bit repetitive but the choice is expansive and I appreciated the adults only area in the restaurant. We also loved the Greek and Asian restaurants. I was slight disappointed in the steak restaurant as the steak hadn’t been seasoned before cooking. A few areas of the hotel area are showing their age ever so slightly. The games room for example, it felt that half of the games didn’t work properly. However. Would happily stay here again
