Hotel was great, staff very attentive. Loved the restaurants, favourites being Taj Mahal, Lalezar and the Brazilian was amazing! Room was great, nice and big. Cleaning staff very accomodating. Entertainment was the best I've seen in an all inclusive resort. Poolside staff, servers and life guards very friendly. Looking forward to trying more Rixos resorts ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

My parents have also stayed at this hotel and were equally very complimentary. We will return to the hotel once more. I wish to make contact with the hotel however We did not have the hotels email address, could I trouble you to provide please.

The hotel is just beautiful large and spacious gorgeous grounds and great pools (although only one is heated the others are freezing) and sunbathing areas, there are always plenty of beds available everywhere. Good pool bar service and there is also a nice beach area. Food is good plenty to choose from the main restaurant is gorgeous and waiters are all so lovely as are the staff everywhere service is fabulous. The a la carte restaurants we tried, Italian, Brazilian and Asian were all lovely. We stayed in a suite although not the best suite l have stayed in was big spacious and immaculate nice seating area dressing room area very large bathroom with bath which is a luxury and a separate shower. My only gripe would be the DJ after the entertainment every night supposed to be retro but was constant head banging rave type music 😫 there are a lot of older guests in the hotel who also like music and like to dance and some younger people also like older music! By older l mean disco type .. pop reggae rock disco dance stuff l felt it was all catered to younger people! Overall this is a fabulous place you literally want for nothing and the service is outstanding you don’t even have to walk around if you don’t want to you the shuttle cart can ferry you everywhere. We loved our stay
