The grounds and facilities offer a wide range of activities, ensuring an engaging experience. Our room was small compared to other hotels in the area and in my opinion needed updating. The food, particularly The Mangal beach BBQ, was exceptional. However, the drinks did not meet expectations in terms of quality and premium spirits. The cocktails were disappointing. Service fell short compared to other hotels in the area, with a perceived imbalance in staff roles (too many Chiefs and not enough Indians). There is lots of room for improvement. We had concerns regarding health and safety, the gold buggies are driven erratically, lots of lighting in the resort with bare wires and we witnessed an incident involving a group of children receiving an electric shock from the ice cream counter. Overall, our stay was satisfactory given the price paid, but there are significant areas for enhancement.

The hotel is just beautiful large and spacious gorgeous grounds and great pools (although only one is heated the others are freezing) and sunbathing areas, there are always plenty of beds available everywhere. Good pool bar service and there is also a nice beach area. Food is good plenty to choose from the main restaurant is gorgeous and waiters are all so lovely as are the staff everywhere service is fabulous. The a la carte restaurants we tried, Italian, Brazilian and Asian were all lovely. We stayed in a suite although not the best suite l have stayed in was big spacious and immaculate nice seating area dressing room area very large bathroom with bath which is a luxury and a separate shower. My only gripe would be the DJ after the entertainment every night supposed to be retro but was constant head banging rave type music 😫 there are a lot of older guests in the hotel who also like music and like to dance and some younger people also like older music! By older l mean disco type .. pop reggae rock disco dance stuff l felt it was all catered to younger people! Overall this is a fabulous place you literally want for nothing and the service is outstanding you don’t even have to walk around if you don’t want to you the shuttle cart can ferry you everywhere. We loved our stay

Perfect holiday for our honeymoon, hotel was very clean, staff friendly, food very nice and will definitely come back! Food was amazing, husband ate like a king, I’m a little more picky and need ‘child’ food would be my only recommendation. Service is amazing and staff can’t do enough for you, entertainment on the night is first class and those golf cars really come in handy.

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend to take a massage by Vitalina at Anjana spa! She is a real master! The restaurant has wide and tasty selection of food! We recommend to visit Brazilian restaurant as well. Fast and pleasing service! Wide and beautiful territory.
