We returned with our friends to this adults only Hotel after having a most enjoyable stay in 2022. We were not disappointed as we were allocated the rooms we had previously and which I had requested. The staff at this Hotel are amazing and had remembered us from our previous stay. The food is very good and varied and we opted to eat at the Blue Marine restaurant or the beach bar as our rooms were located nearby. The pool located on the lower level is quiet and generally used for walking round or standing talking to other guests (or sometimes just reading your book (whilst leaning on the wall surrounding the island in the middle). The beach is lovely and can get crowded and the sunbathing area round the main pool is not very large. My only criticism would be the evening entertainment which largely consisted of very loud South American music.

Started off bad, our bus was refused entry to hotel grounds , another bus arrived while we were waiting and they were allowed entry no problem. we are in our 60's and had to walk up to the hotel. there were bleach stains on the lobby carpets on our floor (3rd) . the food seldom reached safety temperatures and the selection was limited. the entertainment was mediocre only one person on the daytime team doing it all. night-time dated and limited to say the least, the "Irish Bar" was a small room with a disco deck and a few tv's quite frankly no more Irish bar than flea in the air -the management have obviously never been to Ireland , some of the staff were happy to serve you but the majority mostly ignored us even when we spoke to them, even tried Turkish greetings . We have been to the Rixos Premium in Belek so thought the hotel in Beldibi might be on a par with that, how wrong we were not even close- a very poor second cousin ---IF THAT. We would not recommend this hotel even if you like cats - there are several of them allowed in the restaurant area where they beg for scraps -jump up onto tables to eat leftovers off plates and not one member of staff attempt to move them or chase them out- very hygienic, NOT. We will chalk this down to experience but will not be back even if it was free.

The hotel is compact so you can easily access all amenities. We had a family vacation with our 8 years old daughter. The kids room activities were great and she really enjoyed it. The room was good enough according to our cost effective reservation. The main restaurant have some hygiene problem with the cats everywhere. The hotel should take precaution to the cats sitting at the couches at the lobby bar, restaurants which cause hygiene problems. There should be some live performance music at least some days at the bar. There was nothing especially after the lunch.

Hygiene problems due to cats everywhere (kitchen, restaurants, lobies etc)

I’d like to emphasize that we preferred the hotel with a medium size group (10 rooms etc) due to previous year positive experience. For NPS, I may say 8 points for staff and meals. However, there is a dramatic problem about cats. Actually, we love animals cats, dogs etc. However, it is a real gap between hygiene conditions and lover mood.

This is a good hotel, but they need to solve the cat issue. There are at least a dozen cats in the hotel, which never leave the restaurant and bar. I have cat phobia. The hotel’s solution, in this case, is for me to eat in my room. But the price includes eating meals in a nice restaurant. Another problem is spa. Although the hotel is crowded, half of spa is closed. Spa employees are not hotel employees. Hence, all they care is to minimize costs. They are reluctant to give youan extra towel. This hotel may be a better option in the summer as it has a nice pool and beach. But in the winter, it is not a good option.
