THE GOOD STUFF…. - Range of restaurants was great at the resort but mainly buffet - good range though and there is a BBQ grill at the main restaurant which was fabulous with many different types of meat freshly grilled at the buffet - The lady at the snack shop in reception (Sarah) was amazing, so friendly and we visited there every night on the way to our suite to get Hot Chocolates and snacks and this is open until 3am every day. - The suites were fabulous, so much space and large living space with good dining facilities and the rooms and bathrooms were a very good size. We as a family of 6 had way more space than we needed but this allowed everyone to have space for themselves. - Very helpful staff everywhere, you are allocated a Concierge personally who stays in touch with you through WhatsApp. - Security and medical care at the hotel was great. We had a family member come to visit us and had to provide passport and ID to be on site. Also we needed medical care one evening and the hotel were able to provide this very quickly. - Location on the edge of the palm is perfect and the views are great. During the day you have no buildings around you just the sea and sky, but at night you see a great view of the skyline lit up bright and looks so impressive. - Only all inclusive resort on the palm which was a surprise but it’s clear they are very well set up for this - Access to aqua venture at the Atlantis with free shuttle was a great addition, but beware that the water park is super busy and you have to pay extra for cabanas there. - Not a party hotel like many others so very family friendly and no loud music until the early hours - Enjoyed the live singing and piano in the evenings - Pool area was great and also had a swim up bar. NOT SO GOOD… - Variety of food at the buffet - it was a large variety but was the same every day and we started to get very bored of this after a few days - only 2 Al-a-carte restaurant and the food was OK but nothing amazing - Reserving the Cabanas - even though this is free we couldn’t reserve for 3 days into our trip due to demand and this was during October and not summer holidays - Travelling to and from the hotel one way in and out and this is a nightmare if there are roadworks or an issue on the road, we got stuck twice so you have a great benefit of being at the end of the palm but if you plan to travel to and from the hotel regularly then this may not be a great location. - The sea had jellyfish so we couldn’t go into the water on the beach due to risk of being stung GENERAL DUBAI FEEDBACK - Burj was very busy and not well managed as we queued for over 3 hours, I would recommend buying a ‘Skip the Line’ ticket - We used Uber quite a lot on the trip and uber black will get you very large American SUVs which was great - I would recommend the Desert Safari trip, it was a fabulous experience - The mall was great if you love shopping designer labels and there is a useful app to help you navigate, but it was very busy and some rude people around too so just be mindful - The Fountain show was very impressive and there are restaurants in the Burj where you can dine whilst the fountain show takes place and you have a great elevated view - Take bug repellant and sunblock as it is very hot and stay away from anything that’s not air conditioned

Had an excellent 10 days at the Rixos. Have been here 5 times now and never been disappointed. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they look after your every need. You are kept totally informed every day about what is happening by your Holiday Assistants. In our case it was Zaynah and Hazem who were very helpful and supportive I would 100% recommend this girl and will definitely return

We are currently staying here, the Whole Hotel and Grounds are Stunning, ALL the staff work so hard to make sure your stay is the best, the boys round the pool are fantastic and it would be unfair to single one out, they can't do enough for you, The restaurants are Superb, May in the buffet restaurant is lovely, if you can't find something to like in that restaurant there is something wrong with you, I have a fish Allergy and they cook my food separately without any fuss. The Italian Restaurant is divine, Osama and the rest of the team make it even more special. Our Room is immaculate , oh and the view, must just mention the Patisserie, which is fantastic and the cakes and sandwiches (they put them in little boxes) if you wish to eat in your room. Thanks again for a wonderful stay you are all Amazing, hope to be back soon x 😊😘

After holidaying in Dubai a number of times we decided to give the Rixos hotel a go with the ultra all inclusive! Being honest we were a little nervous about the AI! However what a fantastic hotel, staff were simply amazing throughout, so helpful, special shout out to Adrian the ice-cream man ….always cheerful. The food throughout was amazing, especially the specialist restaurants! Toro Loco staff were very helpful and the food was just perfect! The quality of the drinks were brilliant all branded alcohol and some amazing cocktails! Attention to detail from all the staff was second to none and they were consistently asking if you needed anything or they could improve anything! Would we return …..absolutely, would recommend to anyone! Well Done we had a fantastic holiday!
