In additon to what you'd expect from a five star hotel in Dubai, the resort also provides excellent family accommodation. The Rixos in Dubai is the best place on the palm. All the staff are very tentative to all guest. The food is fantastic. Plenty of space. The pool side service is second to none. There is an added bonus of being able to book restaurants for your stay. The 11.30am aqua gym is a must. If you are child free then make sure you go to Bar1 :)

Absolutely phenomenal the staff are amazing & so so friendly! They make you cocktails that are tailored to you & your likes which is the first I’ve experienced from all inclusive! Such a personal touch & standards are over & above expectations Saban & Taskan are brilliant & make your night in Bar1 perfect service!

This is such a lovely hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Staff and the service all through the hotel were excellent and nothing was too much trouble and always done with a smile. This was our second time at this wonderful hotel and hope to come back soon. A big thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable.

It was such a great experience, full of smiles , energy and hospitality. In rexos people make your stay just amazing. Very supportive staff , lovely and collaborative. I enjoyed every single experience , meals , food , restaurants , sports, paddling , Pilates and all . I would like to give special thanks to “Cappuccino” bar man, who is full of energy, excitement and positivity, he dose the best non-Alcohol drinks and he add lots of love to everything he do. If you go you should try the loco toro restaurant which is also amazing experience with lovely hospitality by Mr.yasin. I don’t want to miss anyone but thank you for everyone make us happy during the stay. Best Regards

We thought we’d try a steak night at the Toro Loko in the hotel for a different taste . Wow what a great experience we all had . We were spoilt and advised all the time we were there by the manager Yasin Keskin who made our evening so very special . All the staff were great but he went the extra bit . The food was amazing and he suggested what else we had with it . Great experience. Our daughter doesn’t like red meat so she had a vegetable lasagne which was “ lovely” apparently. Our Granddaughter was served her own child size chocolate brownie .( which went down tremendously !!!) So overall try it I’m sure you won’t be disappointed . Say hello to Yasin , such a nice man . Thank you , Paul .
