All in All lovely, some things could be improved the Spa need cleaning better and could do with some serious repairs. Also some of the decor was very cheap would have expected a better interior design for a five star hotel.

We were nicely welcomed by the reception staff. Special thanks to Mirka professional and warm service at breakfast and dinner times. Breakfast is well organized. Hotel driver was very helpful bringing us to the hospital at 4am (eye problem). Would highly recommend spa massage. Location is great, right at the ski lift.

Very friendly staff, yet very under staff making long waiting times mainly at breakfast times Very surprised to see that no one could speak any if the 3 local language ..... and only one French channel Put a fair feedback Booking.com and got an email asking to change my rating to 10 in exchange of a free night... very shocking..... Definitely not a five star hotel....

Very friendly staff . The room really mediocre , very cold that’s why an electric heating was hidden behind the curtain and our children room too hot. Cannot adapt the temperature in the rooms . Restaurant very average . For a fondue we had to ask the bread 4 tines ? Fondue is eaten with bread no ?? Why the staff is only speaking English aren’t we in Switzerland??

Very friendly and devoted staff. The ski drop service is not perfect. Sometimes big waiting time probably because of overloaded with tasks driver.
