Pretty standard Hotel with big minus

Stayed here in March2023, we were on floor 8 and could here a few chairs scrapping the floor above but not too bad. It's about 25 minutes from the airport we paid 50 Euros to the hotel from the airport rank and 26 Euros back in a Uber. Hotel is pretty standard staff were all polite and helpful. Breakfast is good but most items will have got cold like the eggs they were stone cold so we opted for omlette ever day. Coffee is a bit hit and miss the latte coffee was always cold and difficult to get anyone for second cup. Drinks we had a trip out to Bosnia and got back late so opted to eat in the restaurant where we had a okay meal but the drinks wait for it. OVER 15 EUROS for a wine, I think that's the most I have ever paid well I know it is. We ate out all other nights as was a lot cheaper, 2 very good restaurants just up the hill 10 mins away with sensible drink prices Uber from hotel to old town less than 4 Euros

Rixos is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they put on a really good decoration for my wife's 30th birthday. Everyone made an effort to make us feel welcome and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The spa is amazing and the breakfast is up there with the best I've had. 100% would recommend.

However could not enjoy the complete experience, as like many other people in the hotel. This will be due to the expense of the drinks within the bar in the hotel.
