Our stay was ok but not great. The beds were comfortable and clean, but the curtain and windows need better cleaning. The room was small but for one night ok. On the contrary the bathroom was big. Upon check in I didn’t feel very welcome. The receptionist was more concerned about the fact that I haven’t booked the rooms on the Accor Hotel page and therefore he is not able to award me with points. The parking charges of CHF 12.00 for me too expensive but at least the underground car park was spacious and bright and easily accessible. In about 10 minutes on foot, you reach the city centre, in about 15 minutes the train station.

Nice clean cozy room. Newly renovated small hotel, excellent location. Professional courteous customer service. We really enjoyed the stay. Wish room and specially bathroom was a little better size. Overall it was a satisfactory stay. We really like the Manor shopping center and Manor Restaurant on the second floor close to the hotel.

Everything was just great. Nice rooms and thhe staff was very courteous. Good breakfast and food, nice restaurant. Overall a very nice experience with exceptional service. We will for sure book again this hotel for our staff!

What i love about Ibis structures is that they're all similar and you always know what you are paying for, the room may be small and the locations not the best (its 15 min from Sion and 20 min fron Crans-Montana) but the structure is new or at least it feels new, it's modern and clean. Staff is very useful and friendly. All that for a cheap price (compared to the surroundings of course) Breakfast was also really good, but a little expensive. Sadly there are not many free parkings, and if they're occupied you have to pay 12 CHF/night for the indoor parking. To be fair that's clear on their website and at the reception they explained it to us immediatelly. But on other booking websites it's not clea, it just says "free parkings". So be aware of that. In conclusion, i can absolutely recomment it, and i recomment using thei website (Accor) if you become a member you will have a discount.
