We had a good stay at the Ibis Styles Sierre. It was clean and the decor lively. We had sunny weather in April. The room was very warm, we turned off the heater and had to leave the window open to cool it down overnight. Check-in went efficiently and the staff were friendly.

Two nights. Friendly staff and nice restaurant. The room was ok with comfortable bed but immediately struck by the smell of a previous smoker occupant unfortunately.

Cosy homely decorated wit a young modern touch. Very clean, good beds. On a busy road but not annoying at night time (no noise when you close window). Secure parking.

Ibis hotel rooms are what they are: functional and clean without any extras or closets/storage space. On the other hand, the staff were all very kind, friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts and dinner we had there were complete, tasty and well presented. Had to book by phone as website reservation system did not work.

Very nice hotel. Centrally located. Refurbished and clean. Super nice staff (Nadia on Saturday morning at breakfast was so friendly). We had planned to have dinner somewhere else the food looked awesome (fondue…) and they had little chalet huts outside where you could have dinner.

I had the worst experience, i firstly had to deal with a really bad customer service where i told her the room you gave me is dirty and obviously occupied by someone , she was rude and told me "oh ok here's another room" not even apologizing , we found a cleaning towel under the bed sheets also and when we told them they were okay with it , we checked out a night earlier because we couldn't spend a minute more in the hotel , when we came to check out earlier than our actual booking they did not bother to ask why and what happened.

Overall stay we are very happy , The free coffee are the best Almost staff are very friendly except one the girl who wear eyeglass who work in the service and in the bar and resto at night, Since we arive at ibis she already not nice to us, We arived at the 26th, during the night we Have drink outside in the fireplace and she is the one who served us the wine that we order, She is not friendly she is not smiling you can feel that it seems its against her will to serve us maybe because we are asian and do not speak french, of course we are from luzern we only speak deutch and english.Unfortunately our last day of our stay 29 th december The unfriendly lady is doing the service and my auntie expercience her unfriendliness in short she is ver rude to us, but the rest of the staff are really nice. I also work in Ibis Budget Luzern and Ibis Style zurich until now. But I always smile to the guest answer there question attend there needs as much as I can. Anyway we are still happy during our stay.We probably come back on summertime

Non compliant with COVID rules

At the entrance is clearly stated that wearing a mask is mandatory. On my arrival nobody of the staff including the manager was wearing a mask. I even overheard the waiter in a conversation with staff and in presence of the manager declaring that he is not vaccinated and he never will be. It is precisely because of this type of selfish people who don't care about other people that this pandemic doesn't seem to end. I find this scandalous! I live with my mother of 92 years and have wear a mask to protect myself and her from being infected despite being vaccinated.
