Pleasant and very comfortable stay. Room was very clean, well designed, and can see the professionalism that the housekeeping crew has in keeping the premises clean and hygienic. Staff was pleasant and spoke English. Mercure Blagoveshchensk is always my first choice in this city.

Отель - эталонный, лучше не придумаешь! Во-первых, ранний чек-ин: мы приехали из аэропорта часов в 7 утра, и нас сразу разместили. Очень быстро, четко и гостеприимно. Еще и супер-комплимент принесли, как gold участнику программы лояльности, включая открытку, подписанную от руки (не каждый раз такое). Во-вторых, здесь очень стильные и красивые номера / лобби / бар. Глаз радуется. В-третьих, вкусная еда и отличный быстрый сервис. Например, мы отправили онлайн глубокой ночью заказ на доставку еды, особо не рассчитывая на то, что рум-сервис работает так поздно. В итоге, бургер с картошкой принесли, буквально, через 15 минут. Из прочих плюсов. Шикарное расположение на набережной. Обаятельные сотрудники на ресепшн и в баре. Качественная уборка номера. Также мне понравилось, что питьевая вода - в кулере в коридоре, а значит, нет - пластику и неограниченный доступ к воде. Из минусов - разве что высокие цены в баре и ресторане, но это вполне объяснимо для бизнес-отеля ****. В общем, провели здесь три ночи, отель - просто супер.

Everything is perfect for my taste: place (center of the town), restaurant with delicious food (tried hard to taste all new dishes but it's simply too many options for my time in the Hotel), room is nicely done (quiet, good view from windows, clean, many additional options), very friendly personnel. Everything is great. And then... They got a marriage celebration in the restaurant and.... I was listening to the music from restaurant in my room on 4th floor (yes, the windows were closed, it was ventilation or other media which was delivering the sound)! That was really unexpected from Hotel of such a level.I was shocked. So, choose the Hotel if you visit the Town - you won't be disappointed. Just try to choose higher floors =)
