Small but well laid out Queen rooms with reading lamps and tables on both sides of the bed, room for 2 suitcases. Fabulous location near the tube and buses. But buffet breakfast is underserviced. Staff don’t collect dishes and when the coffee machine breaks down, they don’t offer alternatives such as the bar coffee machine or the kitchen machine. This is hard to accept when you’re fighting jet lag. Food selection is so limited (toast, cereal) I recommend not taking the option and going elsewhere for breakfast!

The lighting in the room is frankly unacceptable. All the lights are at the bed head. I could not use my laptop onn the desk without using my phone as a light. Who designed this lighting, someone who never uses a room to work?

The first room we had a clogged shower and was so small there was no room to move or put our things. The second room was better with nice shower but there was a constant noise from some machine outside the window. Cleanings is not good in the rooms. I’m a member of accord and stayed many times at Ibis Style hotels everywhere. This was by far the worst of them all. I will say that the service was ok but not more. As said. Disappointing
