Pullman tamachi hotel located strategically closed by tamachi station. It’s helpful for the guests to travel around the cities by using train to west and east tokyo.

Me as loyal Diamond member of Accor spend every year in Sofitel and Fairmont hotels at least 200 night in S-E Asia, i know this Hotel before covid times , durig this time it changes 3 GM s and this Hotel was , is and Hope will be example of great service, hospitality and standard. Sińce 2023 i chaosen this Hotel 3 times to celebrate my birthday , sometimes arrival special to Tokyo and this Hotel, becouse i know i meet here highest service standard, kind and professional Staff, ideal clean , fantastic executive lounge and restaurant . Hotel know how to care about guests, especially about Accor members Additional plus of Hotel is location , in nice modern area , close to train stadion is comortable to get any part of Tokyo, what is also important Hotel construction is so good that If my room is at railay side and when im stay by the Windows i see few passing trains , i can not hear any noise. I recomend to eveyeryone to stay here. I would like to thank all Hotel Staff and i think this Hotel should be example for most of Hotels

I have been an Accor Platinum member for years, which means I have been to many 5-star hotels. I stayed there for 5 nights. This was probably one of the worst Accor hotels I have ever stayed at. The services offered at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi cannot even be 4-star. This 5-star hotel has no concierge service or even porter service? I mean, the luggage is carried to the guest rooms by the reception staff, often female. We asked for porter service when checking out, and the lady receptionist fulfilled this duty. One of the worst breakfasts I've had in years. The quality of the food is very low, and the variety at the buffet breakfast is very poor. The waiting staff are also the baristas (!), which is why the coffee is often cold. The breakfast supervisor is not always there to supervise; he is also at reception, and the food is not timely replenished In the reception area, there is a seating area (apparently for the bar) with a ping-pong table! So you are sitting to have a drink, and sometimes there is a lot of commotion as kids or adults use it. The reason I give this hotel 3 out of 10 is housekeeping. Unlike at many other hotels, where housekeeping is always a problem, at the Pullman Tamachi it is a pleasant surprise. There is an evident management problem in this hotel. In an attempt to keep labour costs down, management is using the same people for multiple duties. For a 5-star hotel, this works at the expense of the quality of the services provided.
