My overall experience was a solid 9 out of 10. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay truly enjoyable. The hotel’s interior and room design were modern and stylish, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I also appreciated the impeccable cleanliness - housekeeping ensured the room was spotless and cleaned every day. The focus on sustainability was a fantastic touch, and the breakfasts were hearty and delicious, offering plenty to start the day off right. The pricing was reasonable, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, this was the best stay I’ve ever had at an ibis hotel. The only reason my rating isn’t a 10/10 is due to minor maintenance issues - like the broken shower head holder in our room. While it didn’t significantly impact our stay, I’d recommend the hotel implement regular room inspections to ensure everything is in order and functioning properly. If the hotel continues to be managed this way and guests are treated as well as they are now, I will always choose this hotel for my future trips to Warsaw. Wishing all the best to the wonderful staff of this hotel!

I loved my stay in this Ibis hotel. Great location, nice room, quiet and great views if you stay in the room on higher floor. I really liked your approach to sustainability using bottles for water refill. What can be improved I would say breakfast, I did not like taste of eggs and sausages, though its usually a very basic dish. I also missed some grains to add to my plate. Great though that you had fresh veggies for breakfast. I would appreciate early check in to pay for, it was not possible when I arrived quite early. Would love to stay with you once again, thank you for your amazing work!

With its clean spacious rooms with an extremely comfortable bed, powerful shower and friendly staff, I will definitely be staying here again. Excellent choice at breakfast though I would have liked my fried eggs with a runnier yolk but that’s just personal choice. Hotel itself is not far from a lovely complex with a few restaurants and food court and Palace of Culture, Old Town and other landmarks make for a lovely stroll. All in all an excellent stay in Warsaw.
