Room was lovely and met all expectations, meals and drinks pricey but as to be expected tbh, very nice welcome on arrival by friendly staff, with excellent service, beautifully decorated , shuttle bus runs regular, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended

We booked here because of the airport parking and shuttle bus service. We only just found a parking spot - don't know what happens if you don't - but the shuttle was excellent. Room clean and comfortable. We did not eat at the bar so can't comment on food.

Perfectly easy check in, great regular shuttles to and from airport. Rooms were surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. Very friendly efficient staff. Food was just right and plenty off. All in all a perfect location and hotel for a shorter visit to London as we spent a short weekend there.
