Prima hotel

Excellent location for badminton event. One member of staff particularly welcoming & helpful - the other not so. Beds comfortable. Hand soap & shower gel containers nearly empty but replenished on request. Beds comfortable. Thank you for nice stay

It was my first time to Haarlem. The staff in ibis Styles hotel were very friendly and efficient. They really made me feel at home! On the check-out day, after knowing the time of my flight (which was a night flight), they even voluntarily extend my check-out time without I request for it, so that I can relax and rest a while longer in the room. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness and hospitality of the staff.
