Accor Platinum benefits was respected, for which I acknowledge and appreciated. No complaints. But your hotel missed an opportunity to shine when given the chance. I tried to meet up and share case study opportunity with your GM, but he didn't respond to my request for a courtesy meeting. Sadly, a missed opportunity for your hotel...

Good place to stay

I had problem with my credit card when I checked in and the front desk girl was very patient and waited for me to settle my payment with other methods. The hotel room is very comfortable. The pool is on the 29th floor and it is a good place for me to have a leisurely swim and it has a nice bar and view too. There are some good local food nearby the hotel and I enjoyed them well. The hotel is also near to Emporium shopping center and 1 MRT station away from Terminal 21. The hotel is also very close to the MRT station which allows me to venture further from the hotel I had a good stay in Mercure Sukhumvit 24 and I will come back to stay again.

No greeting, not even inform me for booking, she just let me sign and wait for the room I have to take care my luggage by myself Room smell from bath room Fire alarm alert while I took a nap Only one staff stand by and I waited almost 15 mins When I came back to get the room key , staff not verify me anything
