Great hotel in a spot on location. Comfortable bed and effective air con made the stay pleasant. Ladda looked after the room and was always helpful and friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised by the great coffee in the bars. Nice rooftop pool and bar as well.

The staff is very nice and attentive! They paid attention to every little details. From breakfast service to our room, everything is immaculate. They also gave us an adorable treat for our birthday. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel offers a wide range of fresh and healthy Asian and Western cuisine as well as good coffee. I'd like to thank you all the staff for all the hard work and hospitality they put in.

The room was very clean, mattress really nice and comfortable, and the hotel staff exceptionally friendly, especially Ratty. First time stay at Mercure Sukhumvit 24 with my family. The location is so convenient next to shopping mall and public transportation BTS sky train. Nice view at sky bar, foods and drinks. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Kim receptionist is always smile to us even we walked pass many times. my family really like the bed, the room also nice and quiet.
