Small break to do things we missed last time in Alice. Will go back again next year.

Mercure is getting a littlr tired but is still a nice place to stay. Restaurant is friendly and food is good. Will stay there again when we return.

Rooms allocated was very nice however hairs was everywhere in the bathroom.Indian men wasn’t very helpful on checking in but an Asian woman sorry didn’t get to know her name super helpful. Overall it is amazing

Not sure if it was because I booked through booking.com, but the price for what you got was not aligned. I moved the last night to the Double Tree. Staff was very nice and helpful and the fully serviced restaurant was very good. The rooms were very outdated, toilet/luggage lift/patio lock were all broken. Did not seem clean and you could hear the bars from across the Todd. I just don’t think they have put money into the upkeep, which would be Ok if they charged lower than the high end places in the area. Not friendly if you have any mobility issues and breakfast buffet was below sub par. Also never thought I could get a bad coffee in Australia, and not the room coffee. Gates get locked at night, which is good, but also good to be aware. Pool looks like it would be nice.

We stayed during Show weekend so was busy time. Whilst there was no letter or acknowledgement of our Platinum/Gold ALL membership there were drink vouchers in the app (Which I hadn't realised has replaced the paper vouchers). Upgrade to deluxe rooms was nice. Rooms were clean and large with very large bathroom, bath and coffee machine! We have stayed here many times and love these rooms with large balcony. Enjoyed drinks in the bar and ordered pizza hut to the room both nights for the kids! Overall another great stay!

A great place to stay in Alice. Secure complex and used as base to visit Uluru. Pool and amenities are fine with good staff, albeit with group bookings, check in / out can be slow. Rooms /bathrooms are a little dated but spacious and reasonably clean but not immaculate.
