The stay was a pleasant one overall. However, on a separate note, I noticed that the Arabic text in the email reminder I received inviting me to submit my feedback could use significant improvement. It contained numerous typos, grammatical errors, awkward phrasing, and formatting issues, which made parts of the message difficult to read. As a fan of Rixos hotels, and given the premium standard the brand represents, I believe the quality of guest communications should reflect the same level of attention to detail as the overall guest experience. I would highly recommend reviewing and professionally proofreading the Arabic version of such communications.

Everything was perfect except the Deposit which is really disturbing, I paid about $500 and didn’t get it back yet. Everything else was better than perfect 10/10

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR in July. I have been travelling to Dubai every year for the past 10 years, and during this time I have always wanted to experience a stay at Rixos JBR. This year, I finally had the opportunity to make that happen, and I was genuinely looking forward to enjoying the full Rixos experience that I had heard and read so much about. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that the main swimming pool was closed for renovation. This was extremely disappointing, particularly because I had not been made clearly aware of this before my arrival. I appreciate that renovations and maintenance are sometimes unavoidable, but I strongly feel that a significant facility such as the hotel's main pool should be communicated directly to guests before they arrive. Relying on information being included in the small print on Booking.com is not sufficient, particularly when a guest may not reasonably notice or appreciate the significance of this information when making their reservation. The pool is an important part of the hotel experience, especially when staying at a beach resort in Dubai during the summer. Unfortunately, because the main pool was unavailable, the only alternative was the much smaller Azure pool. During my stay, this pool was extremely crowded, particularly with families and children. As a result, it was difficult to find a comfortable and relaxing space to enjoy the pool, which significantly affected the experience I had been looking forward to. I raised this with the reception but there wasnt much help at all. One of the main reasons I chose Rixos JBR after wanting to stay there for so many years was to enjoy the resort facilities and have the relaxing, premium experience associated with the hotel. With the main pool closed and the alternative pool being very busy, I feel that I did not get to experience the hotel in the way I had anticipated when making my booking. Had I been made aware of the pool closure before my stay, I would have had the opportunity to reconsider my dates or make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the booking. Finding this out only after arriving at the hotel was particularly frustrating. Despite this disappointment, I would still like to experience Rixos JBR as it was intended, once the main pool renovation has been completed. I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for many years, so I would be very interested in returning and experiencing the full facilities. With this in mind, I would appreciate it if the management could consider offering a goodwill gesture, such as a preferential rate or discount towards a future stay once the main pool has reopened. I believe this would go a long way towards addressing my disappointment and would give me the opportunity to return and enjoy the full Rixos JBR experience that I originally anticipated. Everything was overall great, the only thing that really surprised me was the dinner. It was extremely limited with less variety. It was so surprising that we didn’t end up having our dinner the next evening. I expected the F&B to be significantly better. However, the staff were great and room was nice.
