I chose this hotel as it was shown 5 star and near airport. It was right only in one way it was near the airport but not 5 star I’m sure once upon a time it was but now not even a good 4*

Excellent hotel staff. Mosquitoes were a terrible problem. Hotel needs screens on doors, mosquito net over the bed, or some way to get rid of mosquitoes. Could not enjoy sitting outdoors day or night, due to biting mosquitoes.

Good, comfortable stay, F&B can be vastly improved

Room was comfortable and large. Hotel was a bit rundown. Long walk from reception to room (at least when I stayed there). Ate in their ala carte restaurant, prices for food was on par with other hotels, but alcohol was horrifically expensive, had to get "Grab food" to delivery alcohol to the hotel. The food tasted good but a bit small. Staff were friendly, the complimentary shuttle to and from airport was appreciated. Pool was fine, but since the area is by lake, there were many mosquitoes in the evening.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel, staff is always great! Never have any issues with this hotel. I would recommend it compared to the Jakarta Airport Hotel. Better breakfast , nicer rooms & great staff!

Overall was good except the airport pickup service which needs improvement. Every time I request for airport pickup at CGK airport, different staffs wait at different spots - makes me confused where I should meet them. Also, this time when I tried to call airport staff's mobile numbers, nobody picked up the first number (that with whatsapp account - last 4 digits: 7364) after 4 call attempts, the second number (last 4 digits: 7365) turned better because the staff picked up my call, however, the staff waited at different spot compared to last time I used the same service. After meeting the staff, he realized there were 4 whatsapp call attempts made by me, however when I asked why he didn't pick up my calls, he didn't say any words, not even apology.

We were here because we couldn't get home from the airport because of the flood. Suprisingly, the hotel was comfy and quite have it all. Beside the old building and tbh a lil bit creepy for me I manage to stay for one night with a smile. The room was spacious, the bathroom have place to hang and dry the laundry. Although the bathtub plug didn't work well enough, some water still could get through it.

I stayed in the hotel just for a night and I am very thankful for all the staff who made my stay memorable. All of them are very hospitable and welcoming. Starting from the representative staff at the airport, the concierge captain, Mr Harris for replying my email regarding the free shuttle service and assisting in carrying my bags for check out, the driver in the shuttle bus, the receptionists during my check in and check out, the staff who helped me in assisting the taxi transportation, the security personnels, the one in-charge in cleaning the room, and the staff in the breakfast area. I had an amazing experience because of their wonderful services. Thank you very much.

My father is disabled person, so that makes us have to use specific bathroom and spacious room if we want to book a hotel. But in here, i really glad for the receptionist to fulfill my family condition but unfortunately i forgot the name of the receptionist who helped us that night. but if She reading my comment, i want to say thank you very much for giving us big help from the start i said i want to check in until my room was upgraded to same level room as the receptionist. i really enjoy my stay in this hotel. even though i dont have time to try the food but when i decided to go abroad again later, i will choose this hotel to stay the night because we're from Bandung. When first got to the room, my telephone and internet are not working. Need to call front desk and they send maintenance to fix the problem. I am hoping my room will be more bright but the lights are not enough. The overall building looks like old and not many guest from tourist.
