Pick up instruction from Airport are clear, guy from the hotel got a taxi for us as we had just missed the shuttle and insured it was only 70K rupees. All hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel to just have a break while in transit. Near the airport and free shuttle is provided every half an hour. Just experienced a small hitch upon check-in, when the room allocated to us was not vacated by the previous guests. As a gesture of apology, we were given an upgrade to a junior suite... Too bad, we checked in late & checked out early. Not enough time to enjoy the luxury

Staff was Great but P-Suite needs to be fixed

In the President Suite, first off, the guest toilet needs to be fixed as it is always running and if you need to use it, you can not flush. In the main bathroom, the shower head should be changes as it is very old and almost no water coming out. On our first morning, the room service did not clean the balcony. I did comment about it and they came back about 1 hour later to clean. Should of been cleaned the first time. House keeping manager should keep an eye out on these issues especially with the P-Suite.

I chose this hotel as it was shown 5 star and near airport. It was right only in one way it was near the airport but not 5 star I’m sure once upon a time it was but now not even a good 4*

Excellent hotel staff. Mosquitoes were a terrible problem. Hotel needs screens on doors, mosquito net over the bed, or some way to get rid of mosquitoes. Could not enjoy sitting outdoors day or night, due to biting mosquitoes.

Room was comfortable and large. Hotel was a bit rundown. Long walk from reception to room (at least when I stayed there). Ate in their ala carte restaurant, prices for food was on par with other hotels, but alcohol was horrifically expensive, had to get "Grab food" to delivery alcohol to the hotel. The food tasted good but a bit small. Staff were friendly, the complimentary shuttle to and from airport was appreciated. Pool was fine, but since the area is by lake, there were many mosquitoes in the evening.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel, staff is always great! Never have any issues with this hotel. I would recommend it compared to the Jakarta Airport Hotel. Better breakfast , nicer rooms & great staff!
