Very efficient airport pick-up service and check-in. Covid testing well organised. Lack of variety with boxed foods which were usually cold because no advice they were outside the room....no-one knocked the door loud enough to hear. Room service was acceptable. Cleaning was infrequent and the bathroom rather dirty, especially the shower and under the sink, which were covered with black fungus

I recently had to quarantine in Jakarta for 5 days before my onward flight to Lombok. I was not looking forward to quarantine at all. However, my experience at this hotel was excellent. Apart from the lack of variety in vegetarian meals which was rectified after discussing with the restaurant staff. After that, they always did their best to supply me with a variation of vegetarian food which was of a good standard. Room was large and overlooked the fish pond which was nice. Comfortable bed, lots of channels on the TV and good aircon which can be adjusted as needed. PCR tests done on time and able to get out of quarantine in good time for my flight. A very good place if you have to do hotel quarantine in Jakarta

There is no information to us in regard with limitation space between the guest who is quarantine and not quarantine. This information SHALL be clear for us when pre book or when check in. The information such as; room, transportation, etc.

Staff were very helpful, but I would have preferred something of a quarantine briefing when I arrived. I had to ask the right questions to learn about what facilities I could use (the jogging trail, one hour a day) and testing schedule.

I purchased the quarantine package for IDR 1.… per night inc x3 meals per day . I was recommended Bandara international hotel by a friend who stayed there back in January and paid IDR 800.000 per night x3 meals per day during the booking process the rates increased to 1.8jt per night which was pretty disappointing but since this hotel was a recommendation I decided to book regardless rather than find a cheaper hotel. When I arrived I was shown to a very damp room, I asked to move to another room, and was shown to one that was marginally better. On the 3rd night the AC in the room was leaking, the staff did send a technician to fix it but this didn't really improve the standards of the second room which was still damp. During the back and forth emails between myself and staff prior to booking I discussed food options as I was travelling with a 3 years who can be a fussy eater. The food at the hotel was disgusting and virtually inedible, I wasn't offered options like other guests which seems strange and I also wasn't told when food would arrive so by the time I realised food was outside the door each day it was cold. I ordered a portion of French fries for my daughter which was near 70K in price - outrageous! Most days I need up ordered food via Gojek but since the hotels location is right by the airport, options were pretty limited. I complained to the manager who did what he could to ease my dissatisfaction, swapped rooms again and telephoned my room to inform me when food would arrive and offer food choices. If I hadn't have spoken to the manager I would have left very unhappy, however he did what he could to correct the situation. I had to remind the hotel staff for each of my COVID tests, even though they were supposed to be handling this as part of the 900K per person per test fee. Overall for a hotel priced at 1.8jt per night I would expect better service and quality of both food and rooms. If I were booking a hotel in Bali or Lombok for this price the quality would have been significantly better. Overall the hotel is tired, dirty and not looked after.

The hotel need a refreshment, it's a little bit old. But the location is top, near the airport. Free airport shuttle. The restaurant needs also a refreshment, but food was very good. Although we are in the middle of the pandemie. The service and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding good.

As a 5 star hotel , Bandara hotel service was not good. Room was not well maintained. Some crockroahes around , dirty towel, also in my room TV was broken screen , can't watch clearly. Room service also no good, During my quarantine for 6 days there , Hotel should be provide mineral water , tea+coffee sachet , soap+shampoo ,laundry bag every day. Every time I need that Item I have to call receptionist. Hotel SHOULD BE PREPARED every day. For 5 star hotel , food also no good.

Last minute booking due to flight cancellations. 5 minutes away from the airport is great. Of course due to COVID restrictions big part of the facilities are closed. Expected a bit more from a 5 stars hotel, the room is outdated and in need of a renovation, the bed was super comfortable and had a great sleep. The fridge was empty and off, so we couldn’t even cold down the drinks we bought through the room service. Tho the food was amazing. Room was setup for one person, so we (couple) had to ask for more toiletries, there’s only one cup for coffee, so as we checked in as a couple, they should’ve been more attentive to that. The staff was great, and made us feel very welcomed the whole stay. The shuttle service back to the airport is also a great point. I would definitely stay there again, tho I’d suggest a big renovation. At the moment doesn’t feel like a 5 stars

Positive experience : The rooms were very big and breezy. I enjoyed the breeze and natural beautiful gardens surrounding it. The staff were very nice and pleasant - always polite, caring and greeting happily. Negative experience: The quality of the food was very bad. The quarantine food was not warm and it tasted terribly. I had to order my meals from the menu to get them hot and good tasting. The hotel is also very old so some parts of the outside need to be renovated.
