I was very happy to spend my quarantine at this hotel due to the location and the view. the food was also ok, but only after complaining and sending back food twice. The rooms need renovated, that's why I scored you as a 7, they smell unpleasant are very dated and need some refurbishment

Well located, only 10 mins (3km) from the airport. Well arranged pickup service, nice and friendly staff at the hotel. Hotel room interior (furniture) a little old, not 100% clean, beautiful view on the lake, nice terrace, interesting encounter with a little snake on the terrace. Hotel management offered me to change the hotel room in case I was scared of the snake. Very nice and helpful staff.

- I got double bed in which didn’t align with what sales people promised me - Bed sheet looked dirty - There was bugs - There was a day when the food was horrible (served me with head of the fish) which part of the fish I should eat!? - There was a day when my laundry took 2 days (with several calling process to receptionist)

While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. for your information for quarantine guest we serve two types of menu, local menu and western menu. we do apologize that our staff recognized you for local food, instead of western food. the room type that we have for sudden booking at the airport was based on availability in hotel. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. The hotel has seen better days but had charm and my garden deluxe room with terrace, garden and reservoir in front was a perfect place to spend the 5 day quarantine. I'd read not such good reviews, but I was perfectly happy with my room / bathroom. The staff were all extremely helpful. The only thing that was a disappointment was the bento boxes, but when cooking for a large number of people, I was told the hotel was at 80% capacity, then I guess it's difficult to keep a high standard - but by the 2nd day I was ordering a la carte,, and that could be improved upon as well ...... the nasi goreng was very good though! All in all I would definitely recommend it for quarantine purposes, or if you need a hotel close to the airport!

Good staff but a bit confused, I think. Most of the time we have to call either to the Reception or the Room Service, just to ensure that they will send us according to our requests. But at the end, they still didn't do right either. So, we just quiet and accepted :) Also, our advice is The Management should change towels, hand towels, bath mat, bed sheets, pillow cases and bed cover with the new ones. We can see they are old and a bit stinks. And the best maybe, you should clean up the terrace since a lot of moist. We understood maybe it's quiet though for you at the moment, but if you keep it up, it will be better since we were there for quarantine. Our favourite are still the employees and meals.

The Hotel, looks abandoned, my room was full of roaches. I received the food from the room service all the time cold. there were no soft drinks

I had a good stay, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable. I stayed for a 5-day quarantine, the service was impeccable and food was tasty. They made a good effort in offering different food during my entire stay (never the same breakfast, different meat each day, different dessert,...). I have a view on the 1st floor with a terrace and view on the lake, it was nice. Highly recommended

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are old and not very clean. Too many bugs in the lower floors mosquitoes every night on my stay. Air conditioner struggles.

I was kindly upgraded to the Presidential Suite. In spite of the quarantine guests and the pandemic, the staff is striving to do their best. Legendary Indonesian hospitality. I asked by email to be picked up at the airport and that was efficiently managed (what is not always the case in other hotels). The room needs revamping: there are some knobs in furniture that are missing, a lamp was in place without a nearby socket to be plugged into, the lighting of the room at night is not very inviting. The art is a bit bland, and there were some vintage Sheraton plastic blenders in the dining room by the electric kettle that I found a bit odd.

The hotel needs full renovation. A lot of mosquito also nearby the lake. We had a decent experience and the staff is friendly.

Very efficient airport pick-up service and check-in. Covid testing well organised. Lack of variety with boxed foods which were usually cold because no advice they were outside the room....no-one knocked the door loud enough to hear. Room service was acceptable. Cleaning was infrequent and the bathroom rather dirty, especially the shower and under the sink, which were covered with black fungus

Service was good, facilities are fine - there's a huge pool. Proximity to the airport is very good and the hotel provides free airport shuttles every hour. Only drawback for me is that the pillows (4) did not have enough variation - they were all on the overstuffed side and I couldn't find one that was comfortable for me.

I read reviews about this property, some were good & some were bad. But I still decided this hotel couldn't be any worse then the airport hotel which I stayed at before. First of all from the moment I got there everyone was so nice & helpful when I got there on a later flight. I got the balcony room which was really nice. Yes at first there was a little smell to it but after the air circulated it was gone. They obviously don't leave the ac on when no one is renting them. The bed was comfortable & the room was a decent size. There was a desk & mini bar type refrigerator. I did have breakfast in the morning in my room which was very good. Also had a soda out of the mini bar & when checking out told the front desk. No issues .. morning crew was great too. The pool looked really nice with a bar area & the grounds was very tropical.I plan on staying there in December & any other time I have to be close to Jakarta airport.
