was good, the food, the service and the lobby etc. except but the last couple of days i was there, there was a lot of mosquitos and saw couple of weird bed bugs on my bed crawling on my bed. went home with A LOT of bed bug bites. very itchy. and probably should clean the room more because it was dusty too. still cant believe there was bed bugs biting on me. the hotel should level up the restrictions because the list was on top of the hotel quarantine list. for example the staff should wear gloves in my opinion because it is supposed to be a quarantine hotel. and then the staff shouldnt be allowed to enter the rooms, because one time i asked for a spare blanket and instead they went into my room and changed it without gloves. and shouldve remain the social distance. moreover the guest should’ve not be allowed to go outside to the hotel to do the covid test, moreover to only sign documents or picking up gofood orders. because in my opinion wasnt necessary and very dangerous for the covid to spread.

We were really satisfied with the service of your staffs, helpful and friendly. Even the rooms were fully booked but they gave us the best hospitality. Only, some of the facilities were not function/incomplete, such as: 1. Room phone Every time when we need to call the room service or kitchen, we had to use our own mobile phone. Yes, your staff had over us for repairing, but we refused since we only stayed for 1 night. 2. The Pantry There was only 1 cup and 1 tea spoon, instead of 2 sets. 3. The Bar Fridge We understood the temperature of the bar fridge is not as cold as the house fridge, but the one that we had in the room was not cold at all. It will be better if you do the checking for all facilities in the room complete and work properly, then we will give you full rate :) Least not last, we will back to stay in your hotel again if necessary. All the best for your staffs and stay healthy. Cheers!

We stay 5 days at Bandara international Hotel, staff very helpful and competent .good location and nice environment with a great garden we appreciated. But this hotel needs huge renovation nothing seems have done since 20 years... and room clean less .... for hotel managed by Accor we are very disappointed, it is not 5 stars any more... lest say max 3 stars...

Just arrived from Paris, stay one night to continue the travel to Banyuwangi. Very practical to stay at this hotel given its location and services. There’s shuttle every 30 minutes..we booked 3 rooms for the whole family..

Badly need of upkeep and maintenance!

This property is at most a 3 star, not a 4 start as advertised. The property is in serious need of renovation and upkeep. Rooms are dirty. Outside needs to be spayed with pest control as mosquitos are rampent. Room was awful! One of the worse experiences I have had with hotels, and I am Ina career with 20 years of costant travel!
