My experience was good, room was comfortable, shower was really good, and house keeping excellent.
I would just say one thing, I believe The never received a receipt for £40 for early check in and £15 for breakfast on the day of arrival.
I understand my inclusive breakfast start the next day however I still feel after having paid early check in charges, its a bit excessive to pay for breakfast over and above. Purely saying this from past experiences with other chain of hotels where I did not pay for breakfast after paying early check in charges.

I paid for breakfast for 3 nights but only received breakfast once. I communicated in advance and requested a 'to go' breakfast and that was not fulfilled. There seems to be very slow or limited communication amongst staff.
