The rooms, staff & amenities at this hotel are fabulous but, if you want a refrigerator that actually works as a proper fridge then you will be disappointed. Also, although the breakfast in the restaurant is amazing, the meals in the restaurant at night were a real let down; the entrees were pleasant but the main meals, particularly as one is noted as their "signature dish" were not worth a mention and we ate away from the hotel for most nights.

I often use this hotel. So far I liked this hotel. But this time it was a little uncomfortable. When I entered the hotel room, there were many small pieces of glass on the floor. We went down to the lobby and talked. After a while, a cleaner came to the room and cleaned the vacuum. After taking a shower, I tried to sleep. The bedding was dirty. I went back down to the lobby and talked. After a while, a cleaner came up and checked the dirty bedding and changed the bedding. The lobby staff and cleaners provided me with good service. The cleaners and lobby staff were friendly. But I had to sleep about an hour late because of this. I was tired. It was uncomfortable. I like the staff and restaurant service of this hotel. However, this cleaning situation was very disappointing and made me uncomfortable. I hope you pay more attention next time you use this hotel. I have attached photo. thank you

Had a lovely and comfortable stay. Was really disappointed though with the room upgrade offer which I was happy to pay for but was declined once I arrived at the hotel. It was our anniversary so was looking forward to a bigger nicer room. Don't offer upgrades if you can't make them happen! Food and service was great however was seated next to a large loud group who also obstructed any views we may of had so our dinner wasn't peaceful or relaxing.

I was staying here just on business. This hotel was perfect for me as it was close to where I was going to work. The room was very clean and comfortable! I was also impressed with the staff there and their customer service. When I was checking in the man who was serving me explained everything they had to offer and made sure I was fully informed. The restaurant staff were impeccable too and the food and drink arrived very fast after I ordered. I’ve never had food delivered that quick at a restaurant!! The meal was so delicious also. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and if in the future I’m in that area I’d book again.
