Sofitel Mgallery palm Hotel was nothing but amazing. The staff both suited and in blue shirts were very efficient, attentive and HARD WORKING. They all go above and beyond for us and the rooms were so relaxing and CLEAN! Very modern, comfortable and reflective of a 5 star hotel! Humza was so lovely and other staff whose names I didn't get, were so happy to help and very polite! I hope this review is reflective of how amazing the staff were and how much I appreciated their hospitality so pay reviews should take place for them! Beach was clean and always lifeguard and support around. Buffet breakfast was a delight! Couldn't get enough of how delicious everything was and the various options they cater for all. Gyms were so clean as was the spa and air con was sooooo great to come back to. All in all, I'm happy with my stay and will be looking to come back to this hotel. Thank you again to the wonderful very hard working staff. You all deserve pay raises.

I stayed at this hotel on vacation from 4th July, 2022 till 17th July, 2022 with my familly. According to the revew I would rather give this hotel 100% positive rating, but the problem was the management of the hotel by a reception manager, who was on a duty, who ordered me for an unexpected fee from 350.00 UAE dirhams (around 100 €) to pay for the disinfection of the room 411, as I was diagnosed with a positive PCR Corona test without being sick or showing any Corona symptoms. I covered my expenses for the PCR test which I have needed it for Abu Dabi tour. Unfortunately, my trip to Abu Dabi was cancelled, so I had to stay isolated in hotel room 411 until the PCR test came back negative, which took two days. As a guest of the hotel I have not been made aware of these hotel regulations in writing or in any other form, which they don´t possesses. I was insisted to pay for the disinfection of the room without providing a Receipt for what I have to pay. I really felt ripped off in this case. Payment was made by credit card with no indication of what the money was paid for. Who disinfected the room? If a specific company has disinfected the room, the hotel would be offered an Invoice with the date and the time when has been done. So far I have not been offered any Invoice Confirmation from hotel at all. This is a bitter experience it occurred to me from the 5 star hotel. This hotel should be classified in a lower grade of star. I would strongly recommend the visitors who choose this hotel for their vacation to be careful for the unexpected fee that they should cover the costs themselves in case of illnesses or infectious diseases for the disinfection of the room, after leaving the hotel. Before writing this review, I have sent two Emails, adressing to the cluster general manager sir S. Arora (Samir Arora). There was no reply from him. Then, I sent the next Email the 3rd one, again no response! I just wanted the Invoice Confirmation from the hotel for what the money was paid. Without success! Another problem was with the room of my son. He had a separated room alone. He was offered the room 401, which the entrance door to the room was malfunctioned. Anyone could go inside the room with a light push without a keycard. I opened this room very often and my son was inside and asked me how I got inside? I said to him very easy. I´ve just pushed the door and I was inside. He couldn´t beleive it. After that we went to the reception desk to complain about the defect door, A personal of the hotel was sent to arrange that, but without success! The door didn´t work again. My son was in this room till the end of his holiday with a defect door without offering him another room. Very bad service! It is really a pity to write a negative feedback for a hotel with 5 star. You expect more from a hotel consisting 5 star level. I don´t recommend this hotel to any new visitor. If you skip these issues-unexpected cost and the defect door, the rest is seemed to be everything ok. The service staff were really friendly, the room very clean, the kitchen very rich in dishes and a good service. I met really good service people there. Everything was great except this unexpected charge and a malfunctioned door of the room without prior knowledge which caused inconvenience. I hope this review will help them to improve the scenery of the 5 star hotel so that the guests will feel the taste of the high star level of this hotel. It was wonderful yoga experience on fitness studio with Vishnu. The staying at the hotel was amazing, they have nice pool and two marvelous restaurant. The staff was helpful and friendly and provides me a magnificent staying.

The hotel was very nice. We would like to highlight the super nice family staff. I can only recommend the hotel. the food is delicious and the cleaning staff is very clean and thorough. Our waiter Islam was super and 24/7 carrying about us.
