We are, however, sorry that the location of your room and parking space did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the room, our intention was actually to assign you a room a little further down the hallway so that you could enjoy a quieter environment on the floor. We are sorry if this was not perceived that way during your stay. As for the parking, our spaces are available by reservation. Although some spaces may appear to be empty, they are often already reserved for other guests arriving later or guests who were out for the day, which unfortunately limits our ability to reassign them. We had a several-day stay in Colmar and wanted somewhere to stay that would be comfortable and close to the scenic spots in Colmar. Novotel provided exactly that. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The location was close enough to walk to all of the locations we wanted to see within minutes. Overall we had an enjoyable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Novotel Colmar. It's centrally located but in a quiet side street, very easy to reach and the parking garage was spacious and comfortable to use. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. Rooms and baths were also very good, with a coffee maker and generally thoughtfully designed. The breakfast buffet is on the smaller side but had everything you could ask for in a breakfast, and the quality was excellent, with products from local providers. Very comfortable beds too. We really enjoyed our stay and would always book here again for Colmar!

Our room had dirty carpet and the shower had long hair on the wall. The most problem we had is the slippery shower floor. My husband fell that we had to go to the emergency room to get him checked out. They did provide a mat for the shower the next day but did not seem to appreciate that we pointed out the potential danger for other guests.

Very enjoyable overnight stay in Colmar. Hotel was easy to find and pre-booked parking close by. Staff were very kind and helpful and the room was clean and well-equipped. A few minutes walk to the lovely old town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is well situated. When we checked in the gentlemen at reception was helpful and explained the garage situation and assisted us the following morning.He also helped us with explaining street parking. Nice hotel, very good breakfast and great staff. The air conditioning was average and it took a while to cool the room. The tiles on the shower floor are very slippery. They should be non-slip or treated. I had to be very careful.
