As we had a late flight back from overseas we decided to stay the night at the Pullman & caught an early domestic flight home the next morning. Great staff & lovely room & comfy bed.

Enjoyed hotel environment. Staff super helpful and welcoming. I was disappointed regarding breakfast. There were 2 of us and I thought when I booked my room and added breakfast that this would include the both of us however this was not the case and I did not know that when arriving for breakfast. I did not know until I received receipt via email that evening. I have been member of Accor of years and breakfast had always been 2 for 1 cost.

Had a morning flight out of Auckland International Airport and decided to stay at the Pullman rather than a early morning Uber from the North Shore. Room was fantastic, great views and the food in the restaurant was excellent along with the Service. Easy check out in the morning too

Arrived at 1am to a lovely warm welcome. Followed by falling into bed and drifting off almost immediately for uninterrupted sleep. Lovely person at checkout too.

Staff were very accomodating for our circumstances. Despite being very busy with helping a cancelled plane load of people on there way to Fiji. Hopefully all those workers had a shower and used deodorant, cause the Body odour in the restaurant was terrible.😞
