Excellent service, all staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Some traffic noise in the room due to being located close to the motorway but did not interrupt sleep. Room service dinner was prompt and delicious. Buffet breakfast was average, but had enough variety.

Mostly good. We had an accessible room although we didn't request one and the bathroom was poorly set up with no counter space and the water goes everywhere when showering. Breakfast was good but often items were not promptly refreshed. Parking was inadequate and one night we had to leave our car in the cul-de-sac despite being charged for parking.

Absolutely beautiful, clean and service was outstanding.keep that kitchen managerand her team on. She and the team were very catering too. However only down fall was that the coffee machine in my room needs smaller cups. The cups were to tall and wife to catch the coffee and water spilt all over the counter.

Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk and breakfast areas. Everyone we met was lovely and smiley and helpful. Rooms very clean and tidy with everything we needed. Thought price was good and reasonable. Only issue we had was that the cleaning team didnt come around until really late (2-3pm). We had a child napping at that time so couldn't let them in. We went out and spoke to them in hallway and they gave us fresh towels and toilet paper etc though. I think next time we stay I will ask if they can come earlier.
