Where to begin, I had my reservation on the 21st, when I was ready to check in and they say they do not have any rooms available. This is 10:30 p.m. at night I asked the staff where I was supposed to go since I had just arrived at Lucknow. So, they arranged a room next door in a hotel called Ginger. They claimed the hotel was owned by Taj, did not seem like it, since I was tired and accepted to stay. The next day it did not get any better, finally they gave me a room around 2:00 p.m. Overall it was not a good experience staying at Novotel, nothing about this hotel is a five-star property not the property, service nor amenities. I would recommend Hyatt or Taj which are far better properties. Refund Status: Today is October 1st and I still haven't received the refund for the first night that Novotel agreed to refund. When I contact the property, I do not hear anything back from them. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service and experience.

The experience was nice. The staff is helpful. Housekeeping staff are generally very kind and ready to help especially Shivani. The hospitality in the buffet is also commendable. It’s overall good experience. Bhavish, Upendra and Chandra were also helpful.

The Hotel is well placed and centrally located for mobility and reach to airport or any BUsiness location in Lucknow. the upkeep is good. Food service is excellent. Staff are courteous and very prompt to revert on any querry as well as requirement. Important point, toiletries are always maintained and you do not have to ask for any additional supplies. well done.

It was lovely overall, thanks to Shivi, Jaya, and Aubhav from the Food and Beverage Team and room service boy Sachin (if I am right), it was a very comfortable stay filled with relaxing vibes and loads of food! It was a quick and efficient check-in by the team, with the great room size, and I appreciate the thought of having a cold water bottle in the mini-bar, it was such a thoughtful gesture. Cleanliness in general was great across the hotel especially bathroom & common areas, it was the turndown service that got our attention, as it's mostly luxury hotels offering this service. The terrace was another highlight of our stay, and it was simply the best place for us to unwind when not eating or sleeping.
