Hotel rooms are big and clean. Bread and rolls for breakfast are not to standard. This is a typical problem in most hotels in China. However, services in breakfast room are excellent. No welcome drink for silver members. Receptionists need more training. Price is OK. Excellent value for money. I shall recommend this hotel to all.

Great hotel, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks

Here are my likes: - great room with great amenities in it - given an upgrade to a better room - complimentary bottled water everyday - hot shower runs fast - there is a mall right beside - basic and spacious fitness centre Here are my dislikes: - location. Way off main train lines. - aircon cannot be adjusted although there is a control. It switched on by itself after being switched off. Temperature remained the same. Very cold room in the cold season, does not make sense. - limited TV channels. Does not cater to international guests - had to switch lifts from lobby to reception to room - was kind of ignored while waiting to check-in even though was seen by almost every staff at the reception - slight language barrier in communication during check-in - is not clearly stated what time the steam room and sauna is in operation - the room is not really soundproof. I could clearly hear the road traffic and construction even when i am at the top floor There are more dislikes than likes. I would give a 3-star rating if it was not for the room actually. I would return here for the room and facilities, and hopefully things are better then.

Nice hotel - clean and convenient with department mall just at the footsteps. Easy access to a variety of food selection. Local transportation via local bus network is also handy at the finger tips. 10min walk to a reserve park excellent for jogging fans. Bus ride reachable to a buddha temple which is one of the best temple I ever been; and more importantly, free access. The location of the hotel has one drawback for being away from the nearest metro station Xunfenggang

The overall feel of hotel and breakfast is great. The only disadvantage is that it is not near a metro line. The surrounding mall and food helps mitigate that disadvantage a little. It would have been great if hotel can provide free shuttle services every 30 minutes or an hour to the metro station which is located about 2km from the hotel.
