Lifts were an inconvenience, staff were friendly, breakfast was same everyday, just a little different, would be nice if you can have some English Breakfast.

It was a short, yet a great stay. easy & quick check in & check out. Great location, with direct access to Haram, and what we loved the most was the AC. It was perfect, just as we needed. I expected the rooms to be more renovated. Got a late check out as requested, but overall was not noticed or treated as a silver member until its mentioned. Definitely will give it another try. As it was shown the hotel was already crowded.

I also reached out to the reservations line, and while they answered, I was redirected back to the operator, where again there was no response. You write on the website you renew the hotel lstayed in room 2213 it wasn’t renew and the bathroom was Damaged old very bad Even the windows very dusty I paid 750 kd for 3 nights but the room not worth it at all I will never come again for sure
