My experience in swissotel was amazing. The hotel employees are very kind and help you with everything. The food without a doubt is also amazing and tasty . The view of the kabba was magnificent which made my heart sensation feel comfortable. Thank you.(:

Stayed at Swissotel for 2 nights on our recent trip to Makkah. It's conveniently located very close to haram. We got there at 11 am for Umrah and our room was not ready. Performed the umrah and they were nice enough to get us checked in at 2 pm. Very good service. Elevators were dedicated to the hotel, so no issues in getting the elevator down to the lobby. Breakfast was really good. The only concern that I had was very slow internet. Loved our stay and will definitely stay at Swissotel at our next visit to Makkah.
