We had a great stay. However there was no hotel parking available, other than valet parking at a cost of $50.

Stayed 5 nights. Conveniently located to downtown restaurants and surrounding attractions. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices. Was disappointed that in-house restaurant could not accommodate us for dinner the first night when we arrived tired and hungry after delayed flights and did not want to have to go find someplace to eat. Valet parking (only real choice) was expensive but valet service was excellent and quick.

We stayed one night in a city view twin room on level 4. Beds very comfortable. Room huge and quiet. Bathroom now private due to the addition of an extra door which closes quietly. Check in quick and easy. No complimentary upgrade offered, I'm platinum member. We received the gold card for free snacks and drinks, they kindly allowed me to enjoy sparkling wine too. Restaurant staff amazing. Moved to Novotel due to no pool facilities here, staff flexible again with this. Enjoyed it here however prefer Novotel. Enjoyed a free 3 tier welcome platter too
