Bonjour, Je connaissais votre établissement pour y avoir séjourné dans de très bonnes conditions il y a quelques années. J'avais offert un séjour dans cet hôtel à mon fils. La réservation a été catastrophique, je l'ai faite par téléphone, on m'a débité le séjour immédiatement, on m'a réservé une chambre non annulable sans me prévenir. L'accueil était limite froid, j'ai demandé à consulter la carte du restaurant depuis ma chambre avant de valider le dîner, on m'a dit qu'il restait qu'une seule table et que ce n'était pas possible. Je n'ai pas eu le surclassement ( membre ACCOR gold), pas de check out later. Bref, j'ai trouvé la qualité de service bien en dessous des standards que j'apprécie dans le groupe ACCOR.

Cher Monsieur, Merci de votre retour de séjour, qui se trouve être, permettez-nous, bien approximatif. La personne qui a effectué votre réservation de chambre, vous a bien précisé que le tarif choisi nécessitait un prépaiement. Vous nous avez, par la suite, fait un mail en nous expliquant que vous souhaitiez utiliser vos points Accor pour régler la totalité de votre séjour. Notre première de réception vous a donc immédiatement contactée (par téléphone et par écrit) pour vous expliquer que le tarif choisi n’était pas compatible, vous en proposer un nouveau et répondre à votre souhait, en effectuant les modifications nécessaires. Votre séjour se déroulant pendant un weekend férié, il est normal que le surclassement ou le départ tardif de votre chambre n’aient pas été disponibles ; cela évidemment dû à une très forte occupation. Comme toujours précisé, il s’agit d’avantages « sous réserve de disponibilité ». Concernant notre restaurant, là encore notre équipe a eu la prévenance de vous proposer la dernière table disponible. Vous avez répondu que vous n’étiez pas sûr et demandé à la bloquer pour vous, en attendant que vous décidiez si manger chez nous ou pas au fil de la soirée. Les équipes vous ont expliqué que, s’agissant de notre dernière table, nous ne pouvions pas la bloquer jusqu’au soir sans certitude, mais vous ont invité à consulter la carte dans votre chambre et appeler ensuite la réception dès que possible. We booked a junior suite for 2 nights over the weekend and also had dinner in their restaurant. Everything was badically nice. When we asked on the day of our departure whether we could use the spa after check-out, as we hadn't been able to do so before and it was very bad weather on Sunday and would have been suitable for this, we were refused (although practically nobody else was using the spa at the time). We have never experienced this before in a hotel of this category and after spending €1500 for two days, it was a great disappointment and took some of the joy out of our stay. For this reason we will probably not consider your hotel groupe again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time taking the time to leave us your comment, which we nevertheless find quite harsh. Our Spa is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival and until 12am on the day of your departure. As our rooms are very intimate, we do our utmost to preserve the peace and quiet for our guests, as was the case for you during your stay..... If this hadn\'t been the case, you would have had to share our Spa with several of our guests who had already left their rooms. Not to mention the bank holiday weekend during which you stayed with us, which was therefore a particularly busy period. Very sad that you should judge your stay on the one thing that, in the end, wasn\'t part of it at all basically..... Yours sincerely,
