This was one of worst stays at Accor Hotels... - Hotel is dated and though upgraded wifi never worked which led us to spend extra money for buying 4g data with a local phone company - Breakfast is stale and service is very slow - We asked for a taxi today at 10.15 AM. Hotel offered Jd 3 transfer with their own car. Hotel car never showed up and last minute at 10.45 a taxi was finally ordered after an argument... we almost missed our bus to aqaba which was due to leave at 11 AM. How come it takes a 5 star to arrange a car for over 30 minutes with repeated lies that hotel car is ready in 5 mins. It caused extra stress when I was traveling with a family! My wife had to load luggage in taxi and hotel staff 4-5 of them did not bother to help!! Hotel refused to provide Property Manager details also!!! We have videos of entire episodes. We would like you to fix this and offer atleast 50% refund on our stay or free 5 nite stay at any of Accor property! We are on our way to stay at another one of your properties in Aqaba Movenpick now.

The hotel was not managed properly, I believe it’s because not owned. After that I stayed at Movenpick Nabatean which was much better than Le Grand. It was not pleasant

The hotel is of 3 maximum 4 stars. For a five star hotel we should have high quality products at the bathroom for 2 persons not for 1 person and a half. The personal was cold and not kindly. The breakfast was the same 3 consecutive days.

The front of house staff were lovely and it was a touching gesture to receive a birthday cake in my room on arrival. The bedroom was dated and not very clean, lots of dust also essentials such as toilet paper wasn’t replenished. I had one evening meal chosen from the A la carte menu, I received the wrong sauce on my steak, service was poor. This also extends to breakfast as staff seemed to prefer talking with each other rather then attending to guests. This was more apparent with whom I thought were management.
