I arrived at the hotel around 1 pm and assisted with the registration process. I was informed that I could collect the room keys at 2 pm. When I returned to the hotel after 2 pm, I was told that the rooms were not ready and would be available at 3 pm. As compensation for the delay, the staff offered a late checkout at 1 pm the next day. I had booked two Junior Suite rooms and requested that they be on the same floor since I was traveling with my parents. I also requested mirror art for an anniversary and birthday celebration. Around 3:20–3:30 pm the staff informed me that it wouldn’t be possible to have both rooms on the same floor due to an air conditioning issue in one of them. They asked if I preferred to wait about an hour for a same floor arrangement or take rooms on different floors immediately. As my parents were tired and getting sleepy, I decided to take the rooms on different floors. The keys were finally handed to me around 3:45 pm. After that, I was informed that the mirror art could only be prepared for one room under one booking name something that hadn’t been mentioned earlier. The staff also promised a complimentary cake, which was supposed to be delivered by 4 pm but it only arrived around 6 pm. When I was about to rest, I opened the duvet and found that the bed sheet and pillowcases were dirty, as shown in the picture. Later that night, I wanted to use the bathtub, but the water came out very yellow, while the water in my parents room was clear. I called the engineering team, and they said it was because the bathtub was rarely used. I waited for about an hour, but the water was still yellow, so I decided not to use it. Breakfast had very limited variety, the swimming pool was small, and the gym was tiny and poorly equipped. The plates and glasses in the restaurant during breakfast were still dirty, and I even found onion skin in the salad section. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel.

Mesin Kopinya bocor , sudah komplain tapi tidak di respon begitu juga dengan shower kamar mandinya bocor juga tidak di respon . Membersihkan ruangan masih ada yg tidak dibersihkan makanya agak ada bau yg tidak enak Terima Kasih 😊
