Rooms are nice as a standard 4 stars hotel. Bed are comfy and great place to have staycation . There are several themes for the room which very unique . And It was amazing because the staff ( GEBRINA from front office ) decorated our room , cute mirror decor , so personal and WE LOVED IT 😍 Thankyou for the hospitality Mercure BSD .

Terima kasih untuk Hotel Mercure BSD untuk pelayanannya. Kami menginap disitu untuk merayakan ulang tahun anak kami. Kamar kami diupgrade, diberi kue ulang tahun. Kamarnya bagus,bersih, rapi,luas, dapat complimentary drink & Snack. Swiming pool semi indoor jadi terbantu sekali berenangnya pada saat hujan kemarin. Pokoknya puas banget nginep di Mercure BSD. Akhir bulan ini saya mau staycation lagi buat merayakan bday saya. Tq so much

the hotel atmosphere is pleasant, in the room needs to be added a work desk so that you can sit longer with a laptop. The room is clean and the breakfast menu is adequate.

Gym facility is very small. No staff or assistant or trainer, there is no cup of water eventhough there is a water dispenser.
