Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Goa Beach Resort — the location is perfect with easy access to a clean, serene beach, and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Vithal, whose attentive and friendly assistance made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing Goa getaway!

Novotel resort has a huge well maintained property and very conveniently located. The staff at the front desk Aditi, Ruby, Bionsca and others were very friendly and efficient with fulfilling all our requests. Seagull cafe offered us a variety of dishes and special mention to Joyita,Priya, Nupur, Karl, for their hospitality. My daughter had a lovely time at Smiles their play center where Pradeep and Twisel took care of our every need and made my daugther have a memorable time. Lastly the housekeeping staff Chetan and Shovik did a fabulous job and made sure our stay was comfortable. The pool was amazing and very well maintained...only issue is that rules should be better enforced and guests should strictly be allowed only to enter the pool in swimwear and eatables should not be allowed innthe pool. Overall we had a fantastic time! Thankyou for making our holiday enjoyable! Look forward to coming back again!
