It's my third visit at Raffles in 5 months and it is always up to the highest expectations! Great hotel, amazing services and a staff that goes above and beyond to make the client feel taken care of, comfortable and at home. Thank you to butler Fachrul and his team for making all smooth, to Edo for another few great workout and stretch sessions!! Also to the raffles lounge staff for the breakfast and evening services. All pre-/during-/after-stay touch points were smoothly taken care of. See you soon!

This review is unusual as we never actually got to stay at Raffles but instead is a reflection of the customer service, or rather lack of. As it was our Anniversary, I wanted somewhere a bit special to stay in Jakarta and having enjoyed other stays at Raffles properties I thought it would be a perfect start to our Indonesian adventure. I contacted the property just to clarify that suite bookings would include access to the Raffles Club as it wasn’t clear on the website. I also wished to organise some extra treats for our stay, paid for of course. I did receive the auto acknowledgement and the promise someone would be in touch. I waited a week and heard nothing so I politely sent another email. I also used messenger to reach out and again received an auto response, that my enquiry would be dealt with. Of course it never was. So as beautiful as the hotel looks it’s inability to answer the simplest queries, more than once means we stayed elsewhere and have a disappointing view of the property. I hope if you reach out to them you have a more welcoming experience!
