Really enjoyed my stay at Raffles Jakarta. As a Platinum member, I got a nice room upgrade and access to the Raffles Club. I also received a lovely welcome gift and a warm note from Mr. Hardo, which was a nice touch. Service was great, especially Pak Teddy who welcomed me at the lobby and escorted me to the lounge, and Zahra who helped me with the check-in. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. The hotel is also directly connected to Lotte Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. Really enjoyed my time here and would love to come back!
