our staying at the Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower was not the first, and God willing, it will not be the last. Our rooms were 1616 & 1716, Fairmont Gold. The hotel is close to the Haram, and the view is directly onto the Haram. The service was excellent. The housekeeping staff's service made our stay special; they made decorations with flowers and beautiful drawings, which made our family very happy. We thank the person in charge of that, your distinguished employee Muhammad Fawzy, and also Imran, Kokhan, and Fayrouz, who were in charge of cleaning during our stay because they made our stay feel like home. I would like to thank the distinguished hotel management, headed by Mr. Muhammad Al-Omari, for the distinguished management of this great hotel, and also Ms. Amal from the Fairmont Gold reception for her dedication. It truly is a great hotel. I advise everyone who comes to Umrah to stay at the Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower.

Me and my family stay at the Makkah Clock Tower was excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious, The amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn't be better, being so close to Masjid al-Haram. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return. I would prefer next visit Haram view.

I’ve been impressed and very satisfied with the speedy service at check in and check out and generally for all assistance needed. The hotel staff very welcoming, polite and attentive to guests needs. It would have been great if outside lounge at M4 be opened whole day. I recommend that a lock system with room key access may be considered for securing access at the lounge whole day. I missed enjoying the lounge as I would have liked.

He was always approachable and quick to resolve any concerns we had, ensuring that our family felt well cared for.
