This was our second visit to Raffles and we were once again not disappointed. From arrival to departure we were looked after superbly by the whole team. The only slight disappointment was the villa which was not as elevated as last time we visited. We had booked a panoramic pool villa and assumed these were all on the top level of the resort but we were one level down. Although we still had a fantastic panoramic view we did not have the privacy we had last visit when we were on the top level. We had a butler this visit (Leon) who checked on us regularly and organised requests effectively and efficiently. We were hoping to have dinner on the beach for my birthday but it was fully booked, however there was a cancellation on the day and Leon contacted us and arranged everything efficiently. We also were gifted a sundowner by the resort for my birthday. I though it would just be a cocktail on the beach, but was instead a trip to Anse Lazio for sunset by private car with champagne and canapes. My wife said she felt like royalty! A special mention to Suman (sorry if I've spelled that incorectly) who looked after us on the beach and also the driver who took us there (didn't get his name I'm afraid!). Special mention must also go to Angelina at breakfast who remembered our villa number after the first day, greeted us with a smile every morning and got us one of the best tables with a view out over the sea to Curieuse. There were also many buggy drivers who were friendly, chatty and happy to talk and seem genuinely interested in our stay. We never had to wait longer than three or four minutes for a buggy which is a bonus when standing out in the sun!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Raffles Resort in Seychelles (My second time at Raffles Seychelles), and I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. While some staff members were friendly and accommodating, I must express my disappointment with several aspects of my stay. Firstly, upon arrival, we encountered delays in receiving our room, and when it was finally provided to us past 5PM, it was not the type of room we had requested. We had specifically asked for a room with a King-size bed and a panoramic view, but instead, we were given a room with two queen-size beds. After bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, we were relocated to another room, which also did not meet our expectations. The third attempt resulted in an upgraded room, but unfortunately, it still had an obstructed view. This series of room allocation mishaps significantly impacted our overall experience and left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. While we appreciated the efforts made by some staff members to rectify the situation, the inconsistencies and inconveniences marred what was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Finally, I have email conceirge regarding booking few experiences while we are in Seycchelles (We wanted an Island Hop experience, Sunset boat ride and car rental). Not only did we not do any of those experiences, no one from the conceirge team contacted us back or helped with the booking. When I brought this issue to the shift manager (Mr. Mohammed), he promised he will solve this matter for us but he never did. I hope that you take this feedback constructively and consider it in your efforts to improve the quality of service and accommodation at Raffles Resort. As a loyal patron of your brand, I trust that you will address these concerns and strive to provide a more seamless and enjoyable experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Beautiful resort and atmosphere. Appreciated earlier check in, staff was ready to assist anytime. A place you want to come back again and again ♥️. Villa was amazing and comfortable, the oceanview was just breathtaking. High class experience from every point of view.

Pros: - Welcoming reception (room upgrade was really appreciated) - Variety of restaurants and food quality (especially Losean and Curieuse) - House keeping - Nice beach Cons: - Too many chilren, we felt like beeing in a Kindergarden - it should be an adult-only hotel! - Some things are really oberpriced, e.g. soft-drinks or the Sushi Room - Staff at the beach should come more regularly to take orders - the beach sould get cleaned (seewead) in the morning - only Heineken draught beer, there should be a second option of local beer! - the mattresses on the beach chairs slide when lying down, they should be fixed properly. - poor Wifi
