Excellent experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Staff was lovely. Thanks to my status I was upgraded to a beautifull Suite. My partener and I were spoilt with chocolates, extra drinks, welcome card. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Keep up the excellent work during these hard times.

Perfect. We checked in late and the offer was good to cover a nice breakfast buffet downstairs. Good service at the breakfast. Our kid could run around outside. Then we went to the pool with our kid. They extended our checkout to 2pm, beyond what we expected. You get our full satisfaction right there. Checked out was kind and smiley, no problem. We would like to thank the team there during our stay.

We booked a room for one night, asked for a highest floor, which we were given. The receptionists, spa and restaurant/bar staff are incredible. I would rate them 10 out of 10. What made me very upset is that I am a bonus program member and I could not collect my bonus because I did not book directly with the hotel. Also, not all of the hotels participate in Bar/restaurant bonus collection and funny to even mention, Swisshôtel Zürich does not participate in that.

Good location, rooms generally nice and staff very friendly. Specifically booked one king and one twin room but were given two twin rooms. We told the lady at the front desk that we don't care about what floor or view we have and mainly want a king bedroom. I don't want to be complicated and we have no problem with sleeping in two twin beds in principle, but having this choice was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The booking website is therefore slightly misleading.

Hello, as I Gold member I wasn’t upgraded as it should be (in particular in a empty hotel), no attention in my room (normally I got a sweet thing, chocolate or whatever)

Check in was painful with many people at the reception, it is not the first time and waiting up to 15 min for checking in when on a business trip is annoying. There is one counter supposedly for members of the fidelity program, in reality there is no priority given. Online checking and key door working through phone is a solution which chain like yours should think about.

I was impressed by early check-in after an overnight flight from Africa: very welcome. Also by the helpfulness of reception in arranging printing and scanning to complete a project (at short notice). The room itself altogether comfortable and with an attractive view over bustling Oerlikon.

When I checked in, one receptionist told me there was not my name and there could be some issue on the system. I checked my reservation confirmation on my PC and changed the period of the stay because coincidentally I reminded of my schedule change. Then I showed the booking number to another receptionist. She apparently showed the attitude clearly saying that I was wrong and she insisted my reservation was hidden because my reservation happened a few miniutes before. I told her that there must be an issue on the booking system because there was not my name even before I changed my reservation which was done a few days ago. These conversation was so tiring and the second girl's attitude was as if looking down on me. Other facilities were excellent. The spa staff kindly helped me when I had nose bleeding.

As usual, Swissotel lives up to its name. The room, the pool, the food at the restaurant were all good. The wellness area is a bit small and I hope this becomes a focus for future improvements.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Swissôtel Zürich. The hotel itself felt a bit oldish, with scaling faux leather furniture, wooden decor with bruised corners, etc. Nonetheless we felt welcomed and well looked after by the excellent staff through our stay. The bathroom in the bedroom, separated just by a glass wall, was very weird through. I thought only Ibis would put a shower in the bedroom to save space?! I mean who wants to watch someone take a shower while in bed? So weird... oh and also, please get new towels. The ones we had were so old, we ended up using our bathrobes to dry.

The hotel in general is fabulous. We booked a room for 3 and never received the extra bed until midnight, after requesting it twice that day and also at check in. It was my first trip to Zurich and was very excited about staying in your hotel. Facilities, breakfast, cleanliness all amazing. Such a shame we ended our day having to ask for such a basic thing as a bed. Really not the standard we expected. Also, when we tried to have a late evening drink in the bar the waitress was very rude, telling us we must pay for a table! Really not impressed with her attitude. I understand that it was busy but not our fault and she certainly could have spoken to us a little kinder.
