Everything was fine apart from the fact that the lifts were being upgraded. As a Premium member, I wish this would have been pointed out to me as I would have then booked elsewhere.

Our family (my parents, my two boys aged 12 and 14, and I) stayed in a double room with a sofa bed. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had a spacious bathroom. The only downside was that there were two false fire alarms during the night, which were quite loud and a bit scary. Overall, the location was amazing, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Lift situation was terrible, and we will not be the only complaint i think guest should have been advised prior of the situation to allow opportunity to decide if wanted to stay at the hotel
