Excellent, excellent. The service in the bar was excellent. Food and drinks outstanding. Emerson, Martin, and Edgar were nothing short of excellent. Carlos was nothing but outstanding taking care of luggage and room was emasculate. Breakfast buffet was to die for.

Fantastic, five star experience! The staff is very conscientious. Carla made check in effortless and ensured we knew everything regarding the hotel amenities. Pablo was a gracious host at Le Point as I enjoyed a delicious lunch. The rooms are spacious, quiet, cozy, and well-appointed. The gym and pool are great! Looking forward to coming back!!

The staff, the feel of family and excellent support made our stay desirable despite the hotel being old but with the upmost cleanliness and security service. The front d so exceeded expectations, the breakfast phenomenal. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great, very big reception, everyone was so kind and helpful. I loved that the hotel is connected to a pharmacy downstairs, has a pool and a nice place to get tanned. The room was very elegant, it's perfect for people that come to conduct business, the bathroom is very beautiful and the room view is amazing. The breakfast buffet has so many different varieties it was difficult choosing what to eat.

We stayed for six nights and upgraded our room to a business suite. It was worth it, especially for the access to the executive lounge where Juan David looked after us so well. He was welcoming and friendly but also very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he remembered our preferences straight away. He was charming! We also loved the super comfortable and large bed in our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and very fresh. We had the best Ecuadorean potato soup at Bar Lepoint and we ate quite a few. Quito Deli had a great choice for lunch and snacks. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to recommend the Swissotel Quito
