One of the best hotels we have ever stayed

The level of friendly service at every turn, along with fantastic food options including many vegan choices, as well as clean and spacious rooms with everything we needed, is the reason for the title of this review. With many places having power outages, we initially chose here because they have backup generators for anytime the city cut the power. When the power went out it was only for under a minute. We also appreciated that all staff, even in the restaurants, spoke English. The breakfast buffet was included and absolutely incredible with many vegan options which we appreciated. We ate at the Japanese restaurant on the ground 3 times and you get a discount when staying at the hotel. The service there was incredible along with the food and again, many vegan choices. They stayed open until 11pm which was incredible for passengers arriving on later flights. We also are one night at the bar - the vegetable spring rolls were fantastic and the service again was unmatched. The wifi didn't work as well as expected in the room we were in, but there was also a strong cell signal. The hotel had so many comfortable areas to hang out again and we hope to visit again next year with our group.

The hotel is very nice as per the web site. The staff customer service is excellent as you would expect,thank you. My advice is to make sure your room is not one of the inter connecting rooms as the no is is not good..we had issues. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue for a restful night l Rooms are great and everything you need. Particularly mention to Martin in the main evening bar area. Great servcie and interaction,thanks.

Beatiful hotel and the most friendly, helpful and polite staff. Special thanks to the Executive Lounge staff: Paulina, Juan Pablo, Salome, Juan David that made our staying very pleasent. Thanks to all the staff also! Extra point: the hotel is very conveniently located in the city

On arrival, the reception staff were very welcoming, helpful and professional. The room was excellent - spacious and plenty room for team meetings. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel was exceptional. The "Egg Chef" was first class - no complaints whatsoever. Dinner was well prepared and presented. The only area needing some attention, was the shower in the room - it could be doing with upgrading but that apart, great place to stay in Quito.

Comfortable room and conveniently located hotel. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable about the sites to see in Quito and speak excellent English. The Bircher muesli at the breakfast buffet is particularly delicious. Also tons of papaya, mango and fresh pineapple.
