Exceptional Stay – A Memorable Experience Our recent stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, and we are grateful to the management for ensuring a wonderful experience. While we initially faced a few issues due to poor communication, the proactive response from the management, especially the General Manager, Mr. Mohamed Talaal, completely turned things around. His dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable, and we truly appreciated his efforts. Highlights of Our Stay: 1. Location and Service: • The hotel is large and conveniently located, making it perfect for families and travelers alike. The overall service is excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure comfort. • Special mention to Hail FOM for their professionalism and attention to detail. The DMs were proactive and helpful. 2. Food & Beverage: • The F&B offerings are outstanding, with delicious food that exceeded our expectations. • In-room dining (IVD) was prompt, and the variety and quality of the dishes were excellent. • The breakfast buffet was diverse and catered to all tastes, making it a great start to the day. 3. Family-Friendly Atmosphere: • This hotel is incredibly kids and family-friendly, with thoughtful amenities and a welcoming environment for all ages. 4. Executive Lounge: • The executive lounge was a great spot to relax and unwind, providing a quiet space with excellent service. 5. Rooms: • We experienced both the superior room and the family suite, and both were comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. • Many rooms offer lovely views, adding to the overall charm of the stay. Final Thoughts: This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, and we are grateful to the entire team for their hard work and hospitality.
