Enjoyed the interior design of the public areas. Rooms are spacious but need renovation as the overall impression is that it shows many signs of fatigue.

The stay was exceptional, from the very first contact with the staff at Krasnye Holmy. They were friendly, attentive, and had an overall customer-oriented mindset. One criticism about the booking system is that once a reservation is made on the Accor website, it is impossible to edit/change personal details like the name, phone number, etc. However, the receptionist, Miss Diana, promptly resolved the issue via telephone. Breakfast was worth every penny, the food was fresh, and the selection broad. The servers were very responsive and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, and we faced the most beautiful view of all the Moscow landscapes; it was breathtaking even from as low as the 11th floor. The highlight of our stay was the visit to the rooftop bar: probably, the tastiest cocktails I have ever tried. And the waiter was spot-on with his recommendation for the drinks. The pool was nice and clean, meeting the expectations for this hotel category. The only disappointment was that the massage shower in the swimming pool was not functional during our stay, a pity. Overall, the only nitpick we could mention is the need for maintenance works/renovation in certain areas. One example is the aforementioned massage shower in the pool, and the faucets of the normal shower near the swimming pool entrance were a little rusty. Another example was a little crack in the wall in our occupied room. Nevertheless, these minor issues certainly did not take away from the overwhelmingly positive experience we received. The staff's service certainly made up for and beyond the mishaps. We were also impressed by the speed of the room service. The final positive step of our customer journey was when we found out we had forgotten an item in the room after checking out: not even five minutes had passed when Mr. Robert from the reception had called us having located the possession. We want to thank the fantastic team for their outstanding service; we shall definitely come back for another time!

Where were spots after leaked drinks on the floor close to the minibar upon arriving. Looks like room cleaning were not done properly. Not all hygiene staff had been changed on the daily basis. Toothpaste was absent in the bath room since the beginning. Invoice after check out was hand out without stamp and signature of the hotel representative, as well as without bill of terminal machine.
